When someone imagines a house to disconnect, is this. No doubt it is perfectly located, good communication, good weather and the best: inside ... A bath, a nap in the shade of mulberry trees, a barbecue and a few laughs ... The house consists of kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms , living room ... All this without outside. A large 750 m² plot where we have to relax, trees, small pool, housetops ... After formalized the reservation will be sent a document via email, which will consist of: seasonal contract, invoice and breakdown tourist rate. It is our desire that have the biggest and best detailed information as possible.

We can not describe services or public areas as it is a detached house. This concept is sufficiently explained in other areas; however it is remarkable to note that urbanization Sumella Fund has all services. Guests will be served with all kinds of details and informed of the operation of equipment, schedules, places to buy, throw trash, shopping, access, restaurants ... feeling so at home.

We are at your disposal at all times. If you believe that your arrival at the apartment might be outside the scheduled time, we ask them to tell us to inform them of the extra cost of this situation;

The same happens if you anticipate that your departure will be before the start time. We hope that guests respect the neighbors and act as if they were at home; not making excessive noise, respecting the rules of the Community, the hours of rest.

Remember it is not a hotel, not all neighbors are on vacation.

We are members of the association of tourist apartments in Barcelona and therefore comply with a code of ethics involved, among other things: caring for the environment and not disturb the neighbors, creating a good image of the apartment and be happy during the stay! Of course, it is understood that common sense in respect schedules, sound volume, cleanliness and hygiene are supposed to tenants of the apartment. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Grupo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
