Description

Beautiful well presented ground floor 2 bedroom bungalow situated around a small gated complex, ideal for children of all ages. The property is ideally located for golf or leisure breaks in this residential area, only a short drive from the beach and shopping areas.The property has a modern lounge with fireplace for the winter nights, and the bathroom benefits from a walk in shower.

Payment on arrival for end clean is 50 euros.

Check in after 9.00 pm must be advised and has an extra charge on arrival of 30 euros to key holder.

Wi-Fi is available payable locally 10 euros per week.

The property consists of :-

Lounge / Diner 3 seater sofa and an armchair, all of which are recliners so very comfortable, flatscreen TV with Freeview channels, DVD player, CD player, reading lamps, feature fireplace with electric fire, radiator, dining table with 4 chairs, ceiling fans, dresser unit.

The kitchen is situated off the lounge/ diner and benefits from built in electric oven and hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, toastie maker, electric fryer, hand blender, large fridge freezer, crockery and utensils, hoover, door to rear of property.

Bedroom 1Situated to the front of the property, double bed, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, safe, large flatscreen TV with feeview box, radiator, airconditioning unit, fan.

Bedroom 2 Situated to the rear of the property, two single beds, bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe, radiator, air conditioning unit, fan.

The front of the property has parking area, driveway and a garden area with table and stools and a rocking chair, there is a terrace area to the front with table and chairs.

The rear of the property also has a patio area with table and chairs and stairs leading to a large roof terrace / solarium which has dining table and chairs with retractable awning for shade, sun loungers, umbrella, reclining chairs, and small BBQ.

The landscaped gardens to the rear of the property have security gates so very secure for children. There is a communal swimming pool and separate childrens pool.

The accommodation is within walking distance to a selection of bars, banks, supermarkets, and places to eat. A short drive away is a larger selection of bars and eateries and 15 mins drive there is a very large shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard Commercial Centre. There are various beaches within a short 15 min drive, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima.

There are 3 golf courses nearby, Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, and several others in the surrounding areas,

there is a golf shop nearby for booking green times.

Towels and linen are provided. Water and electric included in costs.

WIFI is available 10 euros per week, payable locally.

Airport transfers - Murcia 100 euros return

Alicante 100 euros return.

Travel cot, child car seat, pushchair, highchair available on request for hire.

“Lovely property”

Had a fantastic 2 week stay in the property. Just what we were looking for. Really spacious for two with direct access to pool area. Great upstairs terrace for chilling out and sunbathing.

My wife and I and our 2 young children stayed here in May/June 2013 and enjoyed every minute, the bungalow is terrific and very comfortable, all the comforts of home, but with the benefit of aircon in all the rooms which was a blessing. The bathroom has a walk in shower which would benefit older people. The pools are lovely and accessed from the rear of the property so perfect for young children, and its roof terrace is perfect for soaking up the rays, the gardens are securely gated so kids can play and swim and no worrys about straying. The front of the property also has a patio and captures the sun all day, very nice to sit and unwind with a book. Very quiet peaceful complex, cant fault it in any way, well recommended. There is a selection of bars and places to eat a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and a little further there is La Fuente Centre that has great bars and places to eat, a short drive away there is a whole lot more, we particularly enjoyed Villamartin Plaza and the strip at Caba Roig, the beaches are easily reached by car and there are many to choose from. There is also a big shopping centre La Zenia Boulevard which is a great day out, got shops such as Primark, H&M, a large supermarket and things going on for the kids, they loved it, and great places to eat. We will be back again next year for certain.
