DESCRIPTION OF THE COTTAGE The house is located within a private gated estate where you can enjoy peace and tranquility and beauty of the environment from any position where it is placed in housing. The house has air conditioning and free WiFi access. It has two floors: - The ground floor, which has two large rooms with fireplace, 2 kitchens and two bathrooms. - The top floor, which has two terraces, two bathrooms and 6 bedrooms with capacity to sleep 12 people Ampiamente (the beds are extra wide); It is also available for baby cots. The house can be full or half rent (only 3 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms and kitchen) with separate private entrance for 6 people. Outwardly the house consists of: - Huerto, with numerous fruit trees (orange, cherry, plum ...) - Private pool and lawn area, ready to swim and sunbathe. - Barbecue in a separate pool, to enjoy the cuisine made simmered with firewood. - porch, to enjoy the desktop.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Juan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
