Detached house-chalet on two floors. 220 meters on a plot of 600 meters. Surrounded by a garden. Ground floor: living room with fireplace. Direct access to the garden. Large entrance hall. Outside bath room adapted for the disabled. Full kitchen with all appliances. Txoko with wood burning fireplace and 135 bed sofa. Another bedroom with two beds. Upper floor: spacious hall, master bedroom with 150 bed, bathroom with hydromassage bath and fitted wardrobes and exit to the front balcony. Bedroom with 135 beds, fitted wardrobes and exit to the back balcony. Another bedroom with a 135 bed and exit to the front balcony. Full bathroom, with shower and two sinks. Heating throughout the house by radiators and boiler for hot water in separate room. Cabin in the garden for tools and other utensils. Modern house with rustic touches, comfortable, All the hollows of the house (rooms, bathrooms ...) are exterior. The rooms with spacious fitted wardrobes and the ground floor adapted to disabled. Wood floor on the first floor and stoneware or terrazzo on the ground floor.Slocated, within a residential complex, next to the Mall of Villasana, 5 minutes walk from the town center. Municipal sports center, swimming pools and football field 2 minutes. Central, silent, garden with some fruit trees, small orchard. Villasana is the "head of the party" of the Mena Valley. It has an outpatient clinic for Social Security and medical emergencies 24 hours a day. Cinema and theater hall, restaurants, cafeterias, gym, etc. It is located 40 km from Bilbao (35 minutes), most of them run by highway. The nearby towns are Balmaseda, (10 Km.) Medina de Pomar (25 Km.) Laredo-Cantabria with its beaches at 50 Km.-55 minutes by car), Villarcayo, Espinosa de los Monteros. Medina de Pomar (20 minutes) Excellent location for hiking, mountain routes, horseback riding. Visit to the Birth of Cadagua (10 minutes by car). In Villasana there is a Tourist Office with excellent information on the routes in the area. The house is sunny all day, with an excellent front porch and another back where you can enjoy the sun and the outdoors next to the garden. The Txoko has an oak table, suitable for about 14 people. In the house there is Wifi internet connection, speakers throughout the house. Minimum stay, 2 nights. Consult other periods. THE PRICES ARE FOR 8 PEOPLE. Final cleaning costs 75 euros. They will be paid, in cash, at the entrance. From September 15 to May 15, the consumption of diesel for hot water and heating will be billed, at a rate of 1 euro per liter according to meter reading at the entrance and exit. It will be paid on departure, in cash.

How do damage deposits work?
