Apartment 5 beds, veranda equipped with table and chairs. The apartment has got a pleasant environment equipped with every comfort. Living room with table, chairs, TV and sofa bed. Cooking area with oven, refrigerator with freezer, kitchen utensils all stainless steel, washing machine. Master bedroom with two beds (bunk), fifth in the sofa bed. A bathroom with shower, equipped with hairdryer, iron and ironing board, umbrella, deck chairs for the beach. Beach at 2400 mt., Shops, supermarkets, laundry, cafes, pizzerias, restaurants and pharmacies in the area. At 200 meters there is a shopping street with shops open even at night. Boat tours, off-road vehicles, mountain bikes at subsidized prices.

Getting around

The car is recommended to visit the beautiful beaches of the area in total freedom. If you decide to do without it, for the price of 1 € per day per person can rent a mountain bike to get around the area and get to the nearest beaches. I recommend, in this case, to assess using a map the actual distance of the beach and the presence of gradients.

The car is parked into the parking place about 30 meters from the apartment. Inside the common with the other condominiums it is allowed to approach the car only for the time needed for loading-unloading operations. In the area of ​​the park or in public areas, it is also not allowed to set up barbecue.

“Un punto di riferimento per le tue vacanze al mare”

L'appartamento è al primo piano di un piccolo condominio, a due passi dal centro storico di Villasimius ma allo stesso tempo sufficientemente lontano dal traffico. Comodo sia per chi, soprattutto la sera, vuole lasciare ferma l'auto e spostarsi a piedi, ma anche per recarsi nelle varie località di mare (ci sono diverse soluzioni, verso Nord e verso Sud). A 200 metri ci sono pizzerie e ristoranti di ottima qualità. Di notte c'è un bel silenzio che permette di dormire. Ideale per 3 persone, anche se il letto a castello consente di sistemarne una quarta. Unico neo, dal mio punto di vista: non ci sono tende oscuranti, né zanzariere. Ma durante la nostra permanenza, per fortuna, di zanzare neppure l'ombra. I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili, educate e corrette, che hanno anche altre opzioni nel territorio.
