Description

The stone house Potami is an old kafenion, that was completely restored a few years ago and adjusted to serve as an airy and naturally lit holiday house. The sensitive restoration kept the original authentic spirit of this beautiful traditional Cretan house.

During the winter of 2017 it undergone an extensive renovation and was upgraded to a "Boutique" level and style accommodation.

The house can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 4 members on it's two levels. It is also suited to accommodate a party of two couples.

On the ground floor there is a cozy patio, serves as a gathering spot, that leads to a spacious living room with attached kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor is a fully equipped bedroom, attached to a large sunny veranda with great views of the village and the impressive Psiloritis range.

There are an outside steps and a door, that leads directly into the upper level and can serve as a separate entrance.

In addition to the normal equipment, there are a washing machine, dish washer, large fridge-freezer, smart TV with multichannel satellite and Netflix connections and also a bluetooth audio device.

The house can comfortably accommodate a family of up to 4 members on it's two levels. It is also suited to accommodate a party of two couples.

The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, just a minute walk from the charismatic main square of the village.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
