Our Stone Cottage is approximately two hundred years old, built to a very high standard, leaving original features to admire.The cottage offers traditional surroundings set in a vineyard complete with Walnut, Almond, Fig and Olive trees.The accommodation is situated high above the village of Vouni offering breath-taking views overlooking the hills, valleys and out to the coast. The one bedroom cottage and studio has been furnished to a high standard inside and out, with stone interior walls, wooden beams and open fire place.The main bedroom has an antique double brass bed, antique free-standing wooden wardrobe, dressing table and split unit air conditioning (hot and cold air). Next door is a shower room with W.C.The .In addition, the room is furnished with antique wooden double wardrobe and dressing table.we also have a studio sleeps 2 people 1 double bed cast iron wood burner fitted kitchen an en- suite shower room with Wc.The cottage Living area, Kitchen and Dining area are all open plan. The comfortable Living area has a sofer bed and single bed sleeps 5 an open fire place and is equipped with television, c.d. player and radio. The fully-fitted kitchen has an oven cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities and all other necessary appliances, together with crockery, cutlery etc.The cottage immediately walks out onto the stone courtyard, where breakfast and other mealtimes can be enjoyed while taking in the spectacular views. For those who like to relax and soak in the sun, sun-loungers are provided on the large patio. Those who prefer to cook outside in the fresh air and open space, barbeque facilities are also available.Although Walnut Grove is private and is pet friendly, it also comes complete with its own private parking, it is only a five to ten minute walk from the centre of the village, offering the local specialities of the taverna's and other major amenities. Local water, air and produce are clean, clear, natural and nourishing. Vouni is a village with an important local history. The village is at the heart of the ancient wine region of Cyprus. It shares a beautiful climate with the rest of the Island but at two thousand feet above sea level, the air is clear and makes the high temperatures of the summer more bearable.So if you are looking for a more traditional village holiday, together with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly hospitality then come and stay at Walnut Grove in the village of Vouni. You won't be disappointed!

“A beautiful place and wonderful hospitaility”

Really comfortable accommodation, with a private terrace overlooking a tranquil village. Perfectly placed for both beautiful mountain walks and quiet spots on the southern coast. Filiana and Chris' love and care of their family's home for generations is total. Without being in any way overbearing, they are simply wonderful hosts. We certainly hope to go back.

How do damage deposits work?
