Kamares House Studios Apartments complex is designed and build with respect to traditional architecture, fully harmonized with the natural enviroment, combining the sea and the mountain calmness.

Kamares House is a family-run business, situated in a land of 2000 sq. meters at the beachfront of Vourvourou gulf, with sandy beach, sea view, garden and pine trees.

The apartments can accommodate up to a family of four. The Apartments has fully equipped kitchen, W.C. with shower, and a balcony with sea view.

Our accommodations are ideal for families with children, who seeking comfort vacations, relaxing and friendly enviroment, sandy beaches, warm and shallow sea.

Getting around

Dear Guests, If you are travelling with your own car, you can go around the Peninsula of Sithonia to visit all the villages and sightseeing. In case that you don't have your car, you can use the bus Shuttle of Halkidiki to visit the villages and sightseeing if Sithonia with low cost. Moreover you can use a private taxi service.

Interaction with guest

At Kamares House we have design a reception area where you can find us during the day from 08:00 till 23:00. If there is need, all the guests have our personal phone numbers, so you can call us anytime during the night or day. At the reception area there will always someone to take your questions.

Very nice place, best position in Vourvouru, clean, great beach, very friendly owner. I will recommend it to friends with children. I am sure we will come back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send George (the owner) a message.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
