This vacation home rental is operated by OWNER rather than an impersonal management company. If you're in need of an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know and we'll attempt to accommodate your request. This impressive, contemporary 2-story, 1475 square feet, Ocean View home is completely new. It has a total tree-house feel, as the Great Room, Kitchen, Deck, and Master Bedroom are all situated 2 stories above ground, surrounded by several groves of 30 foot trees. The house has 2 good size bedrooms, one den with a euro-lounger that sleeps 2, and 2.5 baths. The bedrooms are 2 suites, located on different levels for optimum privacy. The large master bedroom has newly purchased California King bed with quality new linens, a contemporary bathroom, large walk-in closet, and ocean views. The second bedroom is downstairs, and similarly, has a quality queen bed. The spacious great room with sweeping ocean views adjoins the kitchen with new Samsung appliances. The large private deck provides 90 degree jaw-dropping ocean views, overlooking the dunes of Bayshore Estates, all the way south to Cape Perpetua. Pull the 4 bar-stools out and enjoy the typically wind-protected setting on the deck from your perch up in the trees.Additionally, there is a separate laundry/mud room with new, energy efficient Samsung washer/dryer. Home sleeps 6, though air mattresses are available as well. Impeccably clean, tasteful, and peaceful setting.This home is located in Bayshore Estates on the central Oregon Coast just north of Waldport, Oregon, and 15 minutes south of Newport, and is our family's second home. This section of the Oregon Coast is the most spectacular piece of the entire Pacific Coast, with incredible fishing/crabbing/exploring opportunities, especially in the fall. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
