Beach House 4 offers 2300 sqft of space with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Walk into Beach House 4 and you will be welcomed by an executive-style decor that is matched only by our other beach houses. The front foyer leads you into an open concept living room that shares space with the kitchen and dining area which can seat up to 10 including bar seating.

Preparing meals with your guests will be a breeze with fully featured kitchen appliances and accessories. A few steps away, you'll find a gas/propane BBQ just outside the sliding glass doors, leading to the back yard area. The main floor of this beach house also has a laundry room complete with washer and dryer, a two piece bathroom in the hallway, and a pullout sofa in the living area for some extra comfort.

Up the first flight of stairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first two bedrooms offer a shared balcony with beautiful views of the beach and blue mountain in the distance. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, where the second bedroom has two double beds, bunk style. A family bathroom is a few steps away.

Accompanied by the first two bedrooms is a Master Bedroom across the hall. Which hosts a beautiful king size bed, flat screen tv and a walk in closet, full en-suite bath with soaker tub and two person glass door shower. Open the curtain and through the sliding glass doors you can walk out to your own private balcony.

The top floor is perfect for entertaining your guests. A second living area hosts a Foosball table, Xbox 360, flat screen tv and a wet bar. A large walk out balcony gives you a birds eye view of the water. Your guests won't want to leave, unless of course you mention everything else that Wasaga Beach has to offer.

Lastly, the top floor has another large master bedroom with flat screen tv, and a full semi-ensuite bathroom with a private balcony.

Fresh Linens can be provided for you during your stay, which would include duvet cover, sheets, pillows and bath towels. The Beach House has two parking spots, with optional overflow parking just a minute away. High speed WiFi access is also available to our guests should you require.

We offer 3 Beach Houses, side by side, so if you have a larger family outing, we can accommodate larger groups for weddings, family reunions, friendly gatherings and more.

Our Villas and Cottages near Beach area 1 provide a neat feature of being within walking distance to the heart of our town, Festival Square, the Market Place and many of the locally operated activities and rentals. For all our other rental locations, though they are close to restaurants and other amenities, a car will provide quick access to everything else on your bucket list.

Interaction with guest

Upon your arrival to Wasaga Beach, you will be met at your rental cottage by one of our staff. We will take a few minutes to welcome you to the unit and answer any questions that you may have. We will provide some details about the surrounding areas activities and local amenities for you to take advantage of. We are always nearby and can be on site to assist in many ways with just a simple phone call or text.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
