Beach House 6 offers 2300 sqft of space with 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The Beach Houses by Beach1 Vacations are among the most sought after vacation rentals here in Wasaga Beach. The reason for this is that they are at a prime beachfront location and are in a class of their own in terms of their features. Beach House 6 is a three story town-home style home that can sleep 12 adults comfortably.

When you walk through the front door you will find your way to the open concept living room and kitchen/dining area that hosts a large sectional couch for you and your party to congregate around while watching the game on the large flat screen TV. The kitchen boasts stainless steel fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave encompassed by granite counter tops. The kitchen counter doubles as a breakfast bar that seats 4 on stools and a dining table that seats an additional six adults. The two sets of sliding doors that allow a lot of sunlight to pass through, provides access to the backyard patio, where you can enjoy the BBQ and lawn furniture. A 3 piece bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a single car garage round off your main floor amenities.

On the second floor you will be accommodated by a varying assortment of bedroom options. Bedroom #1 has a king but also a unique item you can't refuse. The shiatsu massage chair will surely remove any knots you acquire during your day at play. Complete with a four piece en-suite bath, bedroom #1 is the first of the master bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a set of double bunk beds. Bedroom #3 also has a bunk bed, but with a double and a twin up top. A family bathroom, and spacious closets can also be found in the hallway.

On the 3rd floor is your second master, bedroom #4, which has a King, but also a set of twin bunks just in case you want to keep some family close by. A shared family bathroom can be directly accessed by the bedroom. The nearby Living area provides the convenience of serving drinks and h'orderves from the wetbar that features a bar fridge, sink, counter space and cupboards. Here you will also find a home theater to share your favorite newly made memories from the days events on the big screen. A walkout balcony will give you beautiful views of the property and the gorgeous beach with blue mountain off in the distance.

All our units come with kitchens that are stocked with the basics necessities for cooking. You will find pots, pans, cutlery and more. Fresh Linens are provided for you during your stay, which would include duvet cover, sheets, pillows and bath towels. The Beach House has two parking spots, with optional overflow parking just a minute away. High speed WiFi access is also available to our guests should you require.

We offer 3 Beach Houses, side by side, so if you have a larger family outing, we can accommodate larger groups for weddings, family reunions, friendly gatherings and more.

Our Villas and Cottages near Beach area 1 provide a neat feature of being within walking distance to the heart of our town, Festival Square, the Market Place and many of the locally operated activities and rentals. For all our other rental locations, though they are close to restaurants and other amenities, a car will provide quick access to everything else on your bucket list.

Interaction with guest

Upon your arrival to Wasaga Beach, you will be met at your rental cottage by one of our staff. We will take a few minutes to welcome you to the unit and answer any questions that you may have. We will provide some details about the surrounding areas activities and local amenities for you to take advantage of. We are always nearby and can be on site to assist in many ways with just a simple phone call or text.

Response from the manager Thank you for the 4/5 Review. The Beach House has a 12 person limit. The person booking tried to split the cost and brought 21 people and thought this would be okay. This left 9 other people having to look for a place when they already paid to be here. This was extremely negligent on the part of the person that booked. Now, because the other people needed a place to stay, we tried to find them something. We were fully booked, as were most motels in the area. They can't just sleep on the street. We were lucky enough to obtain a cottage for the extra people on their behalf. It wasn't owned by us. The owner trusted our company to take care of it for this group and gave us the keys. We offered the cottage up to the remaining people and, because it wasn't up to the standard of the one we owned, they complained. We did everything we could to help this group, went above and beyond for them. Even managed to get the place for less than half price. There are bylaws and fire code regulations for a reason and these laws are to be followed by any tourist establishment in the area. You cannot cram 21 people into a house that clearly states the maximum is 12. I am proud at our staff, and how everything was handled. The problem happens when a couple people set up the booking and try to bend the rules, and the other 18-19 people are here to have a good time, and don't know any better. This whole problem falls on the shoulders of the person responsible for booking the property, and allowing 21 people to be on the guest list, when our contract, confirmation, invoice and website clearly state otherwise.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
