Blessings!

Located steps to worlds longest freshwater beach in the area of Beach Area 3, this classic rustic A-Frame cottage is sure to create some lasting memories for your stay at Wasaga Beach. Enjoy the Mosley hot cars and biker traffic from the front or the fancy watercraft traffic from the back.

Property is located on the boat-able area of Nottawasaga River and a short 20 minute walk to the main strip, only a couple hundred feet from the water of Beach area 3 and nearby dog friendly section of the most awesome sunset this side of the Don River!

Upper level king bed bedroom overlooking the Nottawasaga River. Morning sun will tickle you into each day from the large curtain-free dormer window.

Yes, the kitchen will be next on our list (: but it's certainly functional for the non-gourmet BBQ chefs - full stove and fridge, lots of kitchenware to use and hand wash (sorry no dishwasher atm) - it's clean and sufficient (imho).

Awesome Family room with horseshoe couch circling a large old-school coffee table bring your board games and cards for an awesome gathering venue. Relax indoors with large screen with a selection of DVD titles to enjoy.

Large wrap-around deck to enjoy hours of relaxation watching the various water vessels cruise by the property.

Private fire pit for solving those huge world issues, BBQ (charcoal) and deck overlooking the River.

Boat and watercraft parking available for the aqua cruisers... please be careful on and near the water - no, seriously - respect mother nature!

Plenty of prime Mosley Street driveway space for your Harley group (ask about booking your HOG Poker Run with convenient start/checkpoint/finish venue to accommodate 100s of Harley's).

Why the change in minimum rental stay?

Town of Wasaga Beach is cracking down on vacation rentals at our Vacation Destination, although this property is situated right on the waters of this summer haven - the antiquated zoning by-laws are still protecting the market for the old-school cottage courts.

Obviously things will change, particularly when the destination is enhanced with the upcoming new Casino in the east-end (Mosley+Hwy26) opening in 2020.

Walking is great and you are a walker you definitely should walk to and from the main end or towards Rec-Plex... bring your own bike for a perfect vacation.

Expect to meet Lori on your arrival, she'll give you a walk through and overview of the property and leave you with a code for the door ... we'll be mostly available during your stay and would be happy to give suggestions or give you the current town scoop.

Kids: not suitable for unattended small kids due to railing free areas and riverfront equipment and docks.

Deposit will be forfeited if local municipal authorities are called due to disruptive behaviour, excessive noise, complaints from neighbours in addition to any damage discovered following your stay. This has never happened yet and with your help, we'd like to keep it that way!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rocco (the owner) a message.

If Rocco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
