Description

Welcome to 58 River Road East. This beautiful waterfront cottage sleeps up to 10 and will be the place you hang your towel, after enjoying the hot summer sun at Beach Area 1, just a 3 minute walk away. The main cottage is very well lit by natural sunlight. The spacious living room with vaulted ceiling and kitchen are on the river side of the cottage with beautiful views of the water. Whether it is an important game or movies for the kids, you are equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player and high-speed internet.

The dining area will seat 6 comfortably and another two at the bar that creates a divide for the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you expect to find in a typical kitchen, fully stocked stocked with cookware, stemware, dishes and cutlery. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, all hosting double beds and a full bathroom that provides lots of space for getting ready to have a night out on the town, where all the entertainment is within just a short walking distance.

A detached guest suite is just 2 steps off the back deck which features a master bedroom with double bed, glassed-in living area with a double pullout sofa, kitchenette, including bar fridge and a full bathroom. Leave the kids in the main cottage while you snuggle up to a loved one in privacy. Outdoor living is a pleasure, where you can BBQ, rain or shine, with a large partially covered deck that expands over the back yard overlooking the provincial park peninsula. Down by the water's edge you have a private dock, where you can fish, feed the ducks, or tie up your watercraft.

Parking will be no problem, as you easily have room for up to 4 cars on the large driveway. Our cottage is available all year around, just a short drive from 4 major Skiing and Snowboarding Hills come the winter. We look forward to having you stay with us!

Our Villas and Cottages near Beach area 1 provide a neat feature of being within walking distance to the heart of our town, Festival Square, the Market Place and many of the locally operated activities and rentals. For all our other rental locations, though they are close to restaurants and other amenities, a car will provide quick access to everything else on your bucket list.

Interaction with guest

Upon your arrival to Wasaga Beach, you will be met at your rental cottage by one of our staff. We will take a few minutes to welcome you to the unit and answer any questions that you may have. We will provide some details about the surrounding areas activities and local amenities for you to take advantage of. We are always nearby and can be on site to assist in many ways with just a simple phone call or text.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
