Description

This spacious bungalow occupies a large corner position near Oak hills golf course. Located in a quiet residential area, and only ten minutes drive to the nearest beach.

Sunny most of year.The historic city of Brooksville is close by,and is also the home to the Heritage Museum.There are many other places of interest to visit the details of which are in the bungalow.

Please note that use of amenities e.g. Sunbeds,Swimming pool and exercise machine is entirely at your own risk.

Master bedroom has king size bed with en-suite shower/bathroom and walk in closet, TV and telephone.
Bedroom 2 with queen size bed and ample storage.
Bedroom 3 twin beds and walk in closet.Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a large family shower/bathroom. Wifi is available at a extra charge.

Swimming pool is covered with a screen structure to keep insects and leaves out of the pool area. There is a large covered area carpeted and suitable for outdoor dining. Patio table, chairs loungers, beach/pool towels are provided. Pool heating is available if required at an extra charge.

“Vacation”

My family and I really enjoyed our stay it had everything we needed we really enjoyed using the pool when ever we wanted the home was very nice and clean we also used the grill that was there a few nights hope to come back again for a family vacation

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood, close to beaches, Tampa and Orlando attractions. This comfortable family home with an inviting pool and plenty of outdoor seating, a wonderful place to relax, we'd love to visit again.

“ALMOST HEAVEN....FLORIDA STYLE”

There are no words to describe how beautiful this home is. While we were there we did not need for anything. The owners of this house were such a pleasure to deal with and their local agent, Janet, was beyond gracious. The weather was beautiful, and the local tourist attractions are all within easy reach - Weeki Wachee Springs, Homosassa, the lovely Pine Island Beach are all worth a visit. After a day out sightseeing it was so nice to come back to the warm pool and relax, and that is such a nice way to spend a lazy day. Thankyou for letting us bring home fond memories of Florida, and thankyou again for your wonderful hospitality. We can't wait to book again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Valerie (the owner) a message.

If Valerie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
