Description

The historic city villa from the Gründerzeit is located directly in the center of Weimar, in the immediate vicinity of the German National Theater. Many sights are within easy walking distance. This offer is valid for the whole house regardless of the number of persons (max 35). The house is suitable for groups of all kinds from families to school classes, who want to discover and experience Weimar. You book the house with self-catering and for sole use. There is a tea kitchen with refrigerators, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery available. On request, the back kitchen can be rented. Here you can cook. For this kitchen we charge a kitchen cleaning fee of 80 euros. Payment is in cash on the spot. From 10 people we offer an extensive breakfast. It costs 5.50 euros per person. Please book separately. The settlement takes place in cash on the spot. There are 9 rooms, of which 3 are single rooms and 6 are shared rooms. The rooms can be flexible and occupied as desired. The rooms are equipped with bunk beds and single beds. There are showers and toilets on the floors. These are newly renovated. The historic ambience and flair of the house has been retained. Examples are the parquet floor, the wooden staircase and the leaded glass window. All rooms are creative and furnished with love. Bed linen and Wi-Fi are provided and included in the price. TOWELS please bring! There is a cot. If necessary, please register. The house has a beautiful large garden. An oasis of peace in the middle of the city. Here you can relax and the kids have room to play. The garden also has a terrace equipped with tables and chairs, and a barbecue, which can be used gladly. In the city you are fast and safe on foot. For longer distances, the city bus or a taxi is recommended. The surrounding area can also be explored by bike. These can be rented through the Tourist Information and the Green League. If you have any questions, we are happy to help.

Interaction with guest

Please send us your approximate arrival time. We will then expect you in the house and show you everything. If you want breakfast, we will arrange everything in advance and we prepare the breakfast for you. You can also use the house privately as a self-catering house. We are always available by phone and come in case of problems immediately to the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ida (the owner) a message.

If Ida (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
