THE WESTMOUNT CLASSIC. Superb Westmount condo, with a fireplace and large terrace. On 2 levels.

Historic home. Newly renovated. The best of the old, and yet in perfect condition. Taste, style, luxury, comfort in this Montreal short term condo.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, comfortable sleeper sofa (double), and a large flatscreen TV. Beautiful touches everywhere. The living room has a door, so it can be a fully private bedroom when the sleeper sofa is used.

There is a study area, ready for a laptop - high speed wireless, wifi, access. Again, beautifully decorated.

Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Both face the back, and are completely quiet.

The terrace looks onto back yards. Totally quiet and restful. A wonderful place to relax.

On the second lower level are the dining area, kitchen and bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and state of the art, with a marble counter top. The appliances are stainless steel or black.

The dining room table has space for 6.

The bathroom is large, with the traditional combined bath and shower.

Note that our neighbourhood does not allow overnight parking on the street, we do offer indoor parking space, available on request for an additional fee.

Close to everything: 2 minutes walk to the Atwater metro, 2 minutes drive to downtown (though easier to take the metro). In minutes you are everywhere: Old Montreal, the Plateau, Mountain Street. Also just 12 minutes to Montreal's Trudeau airport.

Why can't I call Patrice (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patrice (the owner) a message.

If Patrice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
