Description

This renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on Blackcomb Mountain's Merlin's run, close to the Wizard Express quad chair and offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience with the comforts of home.

The entrance hallway features a coat rack and bench seating. Down one step from this hallway is the open concept main living area that features a comfy couch and armchairs, a presto log fireplace, picture windows and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The renovated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tiled backsplash, heated floors and overlooks the dining area that seats 4 comfortably. The dining room provides sliding door access to the balcony with bench seating where you can enjoy the wooded views. The guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located off the entrance hallway. The master bedroom features a queen bed, small flat screen TV and an ensuite with a spacious single vanity and a bathtub with overhead shower. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a dresser. The second separate upgraded bathroom features a single vanity and a spacious glass-enclosed shower.

Unit features in-suite laundry, secure underground parking for one vehicle and complimentary wireless internet access. The home's entrance allows for ski and snowboard equipment storage while bikes can be stored in the designated area in the underground parking garage. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor common area hot tub only a few steps away. Conveniently, the free shuttle bus to Whistler Village also stops just outside the complex.
