WELCOME to Blueberry Hill Estates - Perfectly perched high up on prestigious Blueberry Hill, you will enjoy the amazing lake and mountain views from this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom duplex in beautiful Whistler. You are about a 25 minute walk into Whistler village on the Valley Trail or less than 5 minute drive/taxi ride. The local buses run frequently and there is a bus stop located just down the street from the complex, it is about a 4 minute walk to the bus stop and only a short ride to the main Village for access to all of the ski lifts, village stores, restaurants and nightlife!

In the summer, this complex is close to Alta Lake and the Whistler Golf Course. Alta Lake is a 10-minute walk from the complex, providing paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking and Blueberry Docks are just around the corner where you can bask in the sun. . The River of Golden Dreams starts right out at Alta Lake and is a great summer activity where you can see wildlife and soak in the mountain views. There are multiple events and free concerts in Whistler throughout the summer and the bike trails are world class. The hiking in and around Whistler will certainly exceed expectations. There is a Market in the Upper Village twice weekly and an "Adventure Zone" for kids with bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more!

In the winter, ice skate right out front your door during the peak seasons. The world renowned Whistler and Blackcomb Ski hills are about a 5 minute drive. Whistler is surrounded with amazing cross-country ski trails including the Lost Lake trails. There are plenty of activities on offer such as snowmobiling, dog sled excursions, zip line adventures, bobsledding plus more. There are an abundance of shops and restaurants to choose from in Whistler and the nightlife is in full swing every night of the week.

This multi-level property is the perfect family retreat for your Whistler vacation. It features a timeless gourmet fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and beautiful island to make home cooking a breeze. The sunken living room creates plenty of space for everyone to spread out, complete with a wood burning fireplace to set the perfect ski chalet ambiance. Paired with four spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this is an ideal home for entertaining family and friends. The master bedroom features a king bed that looks out onto panoramic views of Alta Lake with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with views of a forest. The third bedroom features a twin bunk over a double bed with a twin trundle, perfect for the children. The upstairs floor is complete with a full bathroom. The last bedroom is downstairs and features twin beds with a television for entertainment and an en-suite bathroom. There are three decks to enjoy those beautiful mountain and lake views with a BBQ off of the kitchen. The double car garage will easily fit two vehicles and there is plenty of storage for skis, bikes, and suitcases. Free WiFi, cable and local calls are included.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
