Description

Your family can stay in our true ski in/ski our newly built, 3 story contemporary mountain home located above Skiers Plaza next to Village Run with easy access to each mountain gondola. Our home comfortably sleeps 10 guests all in proper beds, and provides 4 bedrooms, luxurious linens, 4 baths and a fully supplied kitchen. Private hot tub on deck overlooks the mountains. The large master, en-suite bedroom comes with a king size bed, private balcony and loft area. Two additional queen bedrooms (1 is ensuite) and bunk bedroom fill out the sleeping arrangements. The comfortable living room is warmed by a proper, wood burning fireplace - our garage is stocked with all the fire wood you can use. Large, wrap around windows in living and dining rooms provide unobstructed views of magnificent, snow covered mountain peaks. Watch from the private hot tub on an elevated deck overlooking Whistler Village and, at the end of the day, skiers returning to the village. A perfect mountain home for your family ski vacation.

You will have to complete our own rental agreement 4 weeks prior to arrival and provide a security deposit and ID of CAD$7,500 per home. No parties, nor events are allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
