WELCOME to Taluswood – an amazing Whistler getaway home to entertain the whole family!

The Taluswood complex is very popular due to its quiet, peaceful location with ski access close to the original Whistler Village 'Creekside'. It is situated high above Creekside & offers amazing mountain views and stunning sunsets!

For our summer guests, you can bike in / bike out being slope side to the popular Creekside bike park trails, including the blue run, Insomnia, the Creekside Gondola is only minutes away for prime access to the Alpine. You are close by the Valley trails for a network of biking & hiking throughout the Valley. Relax by the complex pool and hot tub which is a short walk away or visit Alta Lake for beach side swimming access. A five minute drive will take you to Whistler Village which is bustling with activity - tons of restaurants, pubs, shopping and endless activities. Each weekend in Summer generally brings an event of some sort. The Family Adventure Zone is located in the Upper Village, where there are tons of children's activities such as bungee trampolines, mini golf, go carts, mazes, batting cages and so much more! The Whistler Farmers' Market is also held every Wednesday, Sunday and Holiday Saturday in the same location.

For our Winter guests, this beautiful townhome offers ski-in / ski out access to the Dave Murray ski trail (please note - this is an intermediate trail). Details of ski access below. For those that would prefer to start at the Gondola, Whistler Creekside Gondola is a few minute drive where you can park for free for the day while skiing.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious and beautifully renovated 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom duplex. An abundance of windows and vaulted ceilings allow for big sky mountain views with a wood burning fireplace to complete the alpine setting. Come home after a day exploring the mountains to soak in your private sunken hot tub. Take advantage of the full sized chefs kitchen for those evenings you would rather stay in for a home cooked meal or to enjoy an quick breakfast to energize before heading out to enjoy all that Whistler has to offer. The front deck just off of the kitchen is set up with a BBQ and outdoor patio furniture for those wonderful summer evenings. The master bedroom features it's own gas fireplace and a beautiful big ensuite with double vanity, walk in shower and separate tub. This home also offers laundry facilities and a double garage. WiFi, cable tv and local calls are all included. This is the perfect retreat for a family or group of friends to create that perfect Whistler vacation.

Ski Access - This home offers ski in access from the close by Dave Murray Ski Trail which descends to the Creekside Village / Gondola - please note, this is an intermediate level ski trail. The entrance to the ski-out trail is found by exiting the Taluswood complex and turning left. A short walk up Nordic Drive and there is a sign on the right hand side for the ski out trail. The ski home trail is located just off the Lower Dave Murray Downhill Ski run. When descending down this run, look out for the Green Olympic Rings on skier's right. You will need to turn right just above these rings which will take you to the Home Run Trail. Follow this trail all the way to the Taluswood Lookout Complex. We have included a map on the images for your convenience along with a link -


Pool Access - Taluswood is comprised of two complexes. Taluswood #29 is located in the second complex while the communal year-round outdoor hot tub and the seasonal (mid-June to mid-September) outdoor swimming pool are located in the first complex down the road. There is parking and change rooms at the facilities and in summer, there is a shortcut at the end of the road of the second Taluswood complex that leads up a hill to the year-round communal hot tub and seasonal swimming pool.

Guests must be 30 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given. Harmony Whistler retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met and no refund will be provided. NO GROUPS.

Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $750. The credit card may be charged up to $750 after departure if property is damaged, requires excessive cleaning, or if items are missing. The credit card provided must be in the name of main guest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
