Description

Perfect for a family vacation, this condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a pull out sofa, and an extra twin cot. The unit sleeps 9 comfortable and has magnificent views of the ocean. Everyone can enjoy the pool onsite and there are basketball courts and bike rentals across the street. We are one block from the Pan Am. The boardwalk is less than 3 blocks away, and it is full of games, rides, and the best fries around. Walk a block, and your feet will be sinking into the soft sands of the beach. If you prefer to stay in a condo, this is the perfect place to do so. There is plenty of space for lounging in the living room and the kitchen is set up for hosting. You can find the vacation you are looking for at this lovely condo in Wildwood Crest, NJ at the corner of Ocean Ave and Heather.

Getting around

There is trolley service from the corner during July - Labor Day. We drive to Cape May. We walk to North Wildwood and then take the trolley back or walk back to the boardwalk and the the tram. We like to get a lot of exercise in when we are at the beach. If you are a large group it is cheaper to drive down to North Wildwood and park. You can get a discount on tram car fees if you go to the convention center.

Interaction with guest

We live 3 hours from Wildwood so we are not on sight. We are always available by text/phone or email. The condo association has repair people that can be on sight quickly for any repairs and we have a cleaning service and friends that live close by if you need help with something.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
