Surround yourself with nature and breathe in the fresh mountain air.

If you're looking for a cute Catskills weekend cabin rental, week long getaway, or seasonal rental in the Catskill Mountains, enjoy your vacation stay at our bungalow and experience Tiny House living.

Our lovely CatskillBungalow is fully furnished for 2 guests and available as a vacation rental at very reasonable rates.

This small cabin is very cozy, with natural wood walls and floors, providing you with a peaceful and homey feeling.

Inside this Tiny House there is one small bedroom (one full bed), kitchen with dining area plus a small bathroom (shower and toilet).

Cable TV Programming, DVD and Wireless High Speed Internet is available (internet Wi-Fi is coming from the cottage next door that we also rent). We even have a selection of few DVD movies for you to watch!! Very cozy and clean!

Kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, basic pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, coffee maker, microwave. Note: There is no toaster and we do not allow guests to bring any electronic cooking devices due to past problems.

We supply things to start you off with. Grocery store is within 5 minutes walk if you need more napkins, toilet paper, etc.

Please bring paper towels or charcoal for the grill.

Cute little Electric Wood Stove with realistic flame adds a cozy, romantic atmosphere.

Outside the cabin guests are welcome to use our little grill and relax on the bench, garden swing, or chairs by the table.

This lovely Catskills vacation cabin is located in a small Historic Town of Prattsville, NY, Greene County, about 2 ½ - 3 hours from New York City. We are conveniently located near Windham Mountain (10 miles away) and Hunter Mountain - (15 mi).

This is a small town (about 650 residents), and we are on a small dead-end side street. There are houses and neighbors near the bungalow as you would see in any other town. We are NOT "in the woods". We are in walking distance from Main Street.

Enjoy the beauty of Catskill Mountains surroundings! Ski during winter season and have fun at the local festivals during spring, summer and fall.

Take a walk from the Bungalow to the nearby Schoharie Creek ( which public beach area) or Pratt Rock Park for a picnic with beautiful views. On your way you will find a museum, grocery store, couple of bars and a diner.

We are about 5 miles from Gilboa Reservoir.

The beautiful surroundings of Catskill Mountains guarantee a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere year round. Every season of the year has it's own unique beauty that you will enjoy while visiting the Catskills.

Earlier check in or later check out might be available for a fee, but can only be confirmed last minute, if there are no guests checking out on your arrival day, or checking in on your departure day.

SAME DAY BOOKINGS/ARRIVALS: if you're booking the day you would like to arrive, please know that it may take few/several hours to prepare and/or heat the cabin for you.

1 Night Stay: : Last minute getaway trips:

Many people take spontaneous trips! If you spontaneously decide that you would like to visit Catskill Mountains please check if the cabin is available for your last minute getaway trip. Price plus cleaning fee plus security deposit.

PLEASE CONTACT EVEN IF THE DATES ON THE CALENDAR APPEAR AS BOOKED. We also offer a larger cottage rental, that fits up to 6 guests and 1bd apartment in Windham.
