Description

Forest Hill House is a small 3 bedroom home on 1.25 acres with a gorgeous view of Blomidon and the Bay of Fundy coastline. This quiet getaway is only moments from the picturesque town of Wolfville, many award-winning wineries, hiking and biking trails, great restaurants and coffee shops, live music and many markets full of delicious fresh produce from around the Annapolis Valley. The house is simple, clean, cozy and thoughtfully appointed with original art. Come relax and recharge at our memorable hillside retreat. This house is offered year round. The house has three rooms and a family room with a fold out sofa.

Room 1: Queen sized bed. Room 2: Single bed. Room 3: Single bed. It also has laundry on site (washer and dryer) and television (no cable but has an HDMI cable to connect to your computer/device). This property has 100% 5 star reviews in past bookings and we look forward to hosting you through Tripadvisor. Please don't hesitate to email with any questions. Please note, one of the single bedrooms is accessed through the other single bedroom and the staircase upstairs is a little tight at the top as it meets with the roofline.

Getting around

The easiest way to get around the Annapolis Valley is by motorized vehicle but that does not rule out the local bus tours and bicycling which are great to experience. Please note, we have some bicycles available if you are interested in using them during your stay. We would just need to know in advance so we can bring them over. They are not fancy and are of the "mountain-bike" variety but they work and may be available for use (if we are not using them ourselves). We also have a simple bike rack that may work on your vehicle for day trips. Note: We accept no responsibility for any damage that may be incurred by the bike rack's use. There will be a $150 fee per bike not returned.

We do not bother the guests but live very close and are easily accessible for any needs you may have.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark and Trina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
