*****PLEASE SEE THE PAGE WITH ALL DETAILS JANNA RITZ DOTT COME****quintessential woodstock stone cottage with original large 11 ft artist window and stone fireplace. completely gutted and new everything but with cottage flair. new kitchen huge thermador pro range, baths, plumbing, electric, woodwork, etc. As seen in Cottage Style last spring. We have 4 beds, one queen in master on first floor with french doors to the patio, one with two twin beds, then upstairs a queen bed, and one double.This house is set up for your enjoyment without stress, and easy to entertain many. we even have chefs knives that work!! lots of outdoor areas that offer different spots to lounge in on the 12 acre prop that is surrounded by acres! of state land. We have our own mtn to go hiking on, and incredible peaceful views of the mountains across the way. There is a back trail i use to get to the swim lake too, which offers great paved and woods trails for snow shoeing or cross country skiing, as well as renting canoe and kayaks. This is a very rare opportunity! many locals dont even realize this is here. Wilson state park has been voted best small park in nystate. Any waters in the area are typically under nyc water shed laws.

We include firewood for you stay, snow removal, internet,, no code needed wireless, stereo outside and inside with plug in for your iphone, etc.

We have just completed an addition that is a dining room and has a banquette seating with chairs too for your large group, and opens up the main room with more seating. We also have a lower level with outdoor access. this has a huge smart tv, huge crazy cozy couch and a club chair. there is also an elliptical and the laundry room.

linens are replaced every year, we always do steam cleaning of furniture and any rugs 2 x a year as well. we also use a hepa vacuum. so if thee are allergies, in theory it should be cleaned up and cleared for you.

we do allow up to 2 dogs, but please contact me with breed before allowed. there is a 100 fee per/week per/dog

we have cleaning for 150. as well.

House rules

you are responsible for your dog and messes, and any furniture to be covered please! garbage must be put out before your departure for an early Tuesday morning pick up or you will be charged the pick up fee of 50.
there is firewood for your use at the front door. if you need more, you can purchase it at various local stores. do not use owners wood or you will be charged a minimum of 25.
you must verify with owner what breed of dog. to be ok'd for stay. 100 per dog per stay, please verify.
