Hello everyone,

We rent our entire house in the city of Bodrum at Yalikavak village.

Yalıkavak is famous for its fish restaurants situated all along the seaside. You have a very long walking platform in the village which permits you to visit the whole area by passing throught restaurants, bars and cafes. There's a lot beaches as well.

Our 3 floored house is situated 5 km. away from the Yalikavak city center and 15 km. from Bodrum.

We have a collectif pool right in front of our house and the sea is 5 min. away by walking distance.

In the house, we have :

- Living room with a confortable sofa, TV, Cable TV, open kitchen,

- Room 1 with 1 single bed and wardrobe,

- Room 2 with 1 single bed and wardrobe ,

- Room 3 with double bed

- Two terraces and 2 bathrooms.

At the first floor, we have a large living room with bathroom, kitchen and terrasse with pool & sea view.

At the second floor, we have 3 bedrooms and one bathroom.

At the third floor, we have a very large terrasse with kitchen...the sea view is awesome.

If you want to rent a car in order to discover the whole area of Bodrum, you can freely park your car at the entrance. We can help for finding the best prices in town.

You can also visit the area by buses which connects us to the main villages and the city of Bodrum. We have a bus station at the corner of our street. The buses runs daily from 7:30am until 1:00pm.

All included in the price (electricity, water, WIFI, Cable TV, pool, linens and towels and the use of all house's equipement).

Why can't I call Pelin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pelin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
