This stunning home is truly a family delight!
The island kitchen is fully appointed with gas appliances and features black granite bench-tops and an generous walk-in-pantry. The kitchen's attractive open-plan design affords the host interaction with guests seated in the lounge, dining and external dining areas, with the ambience of a wood heater for the cooler periods.
The timber and leather dining comfortably seats 10 and the casual lounge area features a corner lounge and and recliners with flat screen TV/DVD. Additionally there is a separate movie room with sofa, great as a kids chill out room.
The spacious outdoor entertaining and recreation zone is accessed off the kitchen and lounge and features chefs BBQ, outdoor dining and poolside day beds. The pool is one of the homes main features which can be utilised from September to April but is not heated.
The master bedroom is comfortable and spacious and is finished with a beautiful ensuite. All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind, and replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have queen beds and the last bedroom has 2 bunks(strictly for children only), allowing the home to comfortably sleep 6 adults &4 children. The bathrooms have vanities, showers and one bath.
This peaceful setting and its picturesque surrounds will take your breath away and give you every reason to want to stay in - although you are perfectly located in the heart of the Margaret River region with an excellent choice of surrounding wineries, breweries and art galleries.
