Description

Zaralux apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) in a nice block with a large parking area, playground and landscaped areas.

Zaralux apartment is 55 m2 and consists of entrance area, open space that make up the kitchen, dining room and living room, two bedrooms, one with walk-in closet, one bathroom, a balcony and roof terrace of 60m2. Lift is available.

Equipment

Kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, ceramic gas cooker, oven, hood, fridge and sufficient elements for storing food and dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.

Dining area has an extended glass table and four chairs.

The living space is furnished with leather sofa and a stool, a glass club table, LCD TV (32'') with a digital receiver and mini HI-FI with DVD. Wireless Internet connection as well as 80 TV channels are available.

In the hall there is a large mirror with a luggage stool.

The master bedroom has a double bed with a motorized bed base which can raise the head and foot, and the quality Dunlopilo mattresses. The room has walk-in closet with plenty of space for clothes and belongings. The specificity of the room is a view of the old town and sea that stretches from the bed.

The smaller bedroom also has a double bed with adjustable bed base (not motorized), and Dunlopilo mattresses. It has a self-standing clothes hanger, and a large glass wall opening onto a loggia.

On the balcony, there is a large armchair made of woven sea grass.

Bathroom has a massage shower, bathroom furniture with a mirror, toilet and washing machine.

The apartment is air conditioned and can be used in winter because it has gas central heating.

Linens, towels, hair dryer and iron are on disposal.

Two adults with one or two small children is the ideal number of people to accommodate in the apartment. Four adults could feel a certain lack of space given to only one toilet / bathroom (although there is an extra shower on the terrace).

Terrace

The specificity of the apartment is its own roof terrace of 60 m2 which, since the apartment is located on the top floor, extends over the entire apartment. Access to the terrace is with a stairway of the building, which is possible only to users of Zaralux apartment. The terrace is completely covered with teak.

Equipment:

- Jacuzzi for 6 people;

- Adjustable sun protection system (brisolei);

- The bar with refrigerator and sink;

- Shower;

- Quality garden furniture including dining table and chairs, sun beds with cushions and a stool;

- Protection of privacy is ensured by a green wall of laurel grove that has its own sprinkler system.

From the terrace stretches breathtaking view of the city, old town, the surrounding islands, sea and sunset. During a swim in the pool and sunbathing guests can enjoy the view, as well as in music, since there are stereo system with built-in speakers. There is also an electric grill.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Diana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
