## Space

We are happy to welcome you into our 2 bedroom family home, located in one of the most popular green and quiet residential neighbourhoods of Zandvoort. The house has been renovated at the start of 2019 and includes all the luxuries you can ask for during your stay. It is tastefully furnished, comfortable, spacious and light. Including secure private parking garage! A rare find in this town.

You have a fully equipped modern kitchen, where you can prepare breakfast, lunch or an extensive dinner. You do not have to wash off afterwards because there is a dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a 4 burner induction cooktop, microwave-oven combination, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric water kettle and some other convenient devices.

Relax or watch TV together in the living room with comfortable couches. And in the morning, after a nice hot shower, you can wake up with a cup of coffee at your own private patio. Children can play on the grass field across the street.

We receive good feedback about our comfortable beds. And you can make the bedrooms completely dark when closing the shutters.

Beach, shopping centre, restaurants, bars, supermarket and train station are all within walking distance.

## Access

The house is perfect for families of up to 7 persons:

- bedroom one: 1 king size double bed made up out of 2 single 90x200cm boxsprings

- bedroom two: 3 single 90x200cm beds (1 bunkbed + 1 regular single boxspring)

- living: 1 double sofa bed 

All rooms are located on ground floor, the indoor garage is next to the house.

## Neighborhood

Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular and green neighbourhoods. The town center and beach are within walking distance but you are just far enough to escape the noises and traffic. Children can safely play in the little park across the street. A large supermarket, shops, and restaurants are only a 2-5 minutes walk away.

Zandvoort, also known as Amsterdam Beach, is a flourishing seaside resort with lots of tourist appeal as it has all the charm of a beach town but is located very close to the big city. It has a wide and clean beach where you can enjoy a swim or just relax. You can find many activities, such as surfing, kitesurfing, horse riding, cycling, golfing, hiking, sailing, racing and shopping. Zandvoort is located in the middle of the dunes. The beauty of this stretched-out dune area is unprecedented. 

Haarlem is within cycling distance from Zandvoort and Amsterdam can be reached by train within 25 minutes, this train also stops in Haarlem and goes at regular intervals from early morning until late night.

Zandvoort train station is a 10 minute walk from the house. Bus stops are within a 2 minutes walk.

- Check-in between 15.00 and 22.00 After 22:00 check-in with keybox. Of course we will provide you with all the necessary information upfront, but the helpdesk might not be available anymore after 22:00. No refunds.

How do damage deposits work?
