## Space

This recently renovated family house is the perfect destination for you and your family. Spacious, bright and modern with garden and private parking (2 cars). The house sleeps 2 adults and 3 children in 3 separate bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 room with bunk bed and 1 single room. The beds in all rooms are full size.

There are many restaurants in Zandvoort, but you can also cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen with large stove and all modern appliances. The kitchen and dining area are located in our closed veranda on garden side, making it very light and romantic. On sunny days, you can also eat outside on the deck.

There is plenty of space both inside and outside for the children to play. The house is located in a highly popular and family friendly residential neighborhood with lots of green. At the same time it is only 10 minutes walking to the beach and 5 to the supermarket, restaurants, shops and the town center.

We are happy to welcome you in our private residence when we are away and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

## Neighborhood

Your holiday home is situated in one of Zandvoort's most popular and green neighborhoods. The town center and beach are within walking distance but you are just far enough to escape the noises and traffic. Children can safely play in the little park across the street. A large supermarket, shops, and restaurants are only about 5 minutes walk away.

Zandvoort, also known as Amsterdam Beach is a flourishing seaside resort with lots of tourist appeal as it has all the charm of a beach town but is located very close to the big city. It has a wide and clean beach where you can enjoy a swim or just relax. You can find many activities, such as surfing, kitesurfing, horse riding, cycling, golfing, hiking, sailing, racing and shopping. Zandvoort is located in the middle of the dunes. The beauty of this stretched-out dune area is unprecedented. 

Haarlem is within cycling distance from Zandvoort and Amsterdam can be reached by train within 25 minutes, this train also stops in Haarlem and goes at regular intervals from early morning until late night.

## Transit

The Zandvoort Central Station is 10 minutes away by foot, and the train will take you to Amsterdam within 28 minutes and to Haarlem within 10 minutes.

How do damage deposits work?
