Description

The house is located on the edge of the hamlet Zeci in a peaceful rural setting, meadows and forests bordering. In addition to a comfortable two-bedroom apartment, located a well-kept Innenohof with shrubs and trees. For exclusive use for our guests: on climbs Secluded patio with climbing plants, with stone table and BBQ. Tavern with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Two parking spaces on the property. The apartment is located on the first floor of the house (separate access via external staircase), while there is the apartment of the landlord on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished apartment (90 sqm) can accommodate 4-5 people. There is air conditioning in the living room, satellite TV, free internet and gas central heating for the cooler months. A full-length balcony with table and chairs offers a view of the surrounding countryside. There is a spacious open plan living / kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is equipped with 4-burner stove / oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Available are two sleeping rooms (with king bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and washing machine, plus a sofa bed in the living room.

Getting around

Rovinj, the most romantic city in Istria, as many call it, and one of the most photogenic in the Mediterranean. The city was built on a small island that was in the Middle Ages connected to the mainland. During its long history, Byzantines, Goths, Venetians and Austrians have left their mark on the architecture of the old town, which is dominated by the Baroque church of St. Euphemia from the 18th century. The steeple reminds unmistakably to the church of San Marco in Venice. In the most famous Altstadtgasse Grisia there are numerous art galleries and studios. Interaction with guest

Your hosts Milena and Mirko are active in organic farming and guests can homemade products such as olive oil, wine, rakija (brandy), honey, fruits and vegetables in season, eggs and jam for sale. There are lavender fields, vineyards and beehives - you are welcome to take part in the product-related activities (depending on season). Milena and Mirko invite their guests to take a traditional dinner with Istrian specialties.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Milena (the owner) a message.

If Milena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
