“"Perfection"” This is an excellent example of a log cabin! I had seen the pictures before we booked and was still suprised how grand and beautiful it was inside and out. There was 6 of us staying and the lodge still seemed big with us in it! It was lovely being able to sit outside and watch the ducks on the private jetty or chill out in the hot tub. We were late in arriving due to an accident and a couple got lost on the way. Gill was lovely helping us out with directions etc. This cabin is finished to an excellent standard and clearly has some lovely owners. We enjoyed our weekend so much we are thinking of booking up for summer!! Thank you!

“Lovely weekend away” Myself and 5 other friends came here for a girlie weekend. The lodge is beautiful and spotless inside. Lots of things included like tea, coffee, and toilet roll etc which is so handy. The hot tub was lovely and clean and big enough to fit all 6 of us in. Unfortunately 1 half of the hot tubs jets weren’t working but we kept swapping round so it was ok. The only negative was that we didn’t have any water for 6 hours on the Sunday morning due to (we presume) frozen pipes. While the weather can’t be helped, it was frustrating and an inconvenience not to be able to have a drink or flush the toilets. The owner was helpful on the phone but she couldnt help in person and reception were not answering the phone. No one came to check on us or to offer us any bottled water. As a result of that the owner was very kind and offered for us to extend our stay past the check out time which we definitely took advantage of! Apart from those couple problems, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook. In fact we might just do that! Thankyou xx

“Fabulous February break” Really spacious lodge for 8 people, massive decked area overlooking the lake, everything you need under one roof, clean bedding & linen provided at no extra cost, the site it's on has everything you need including daytime entertainment for older kids & younger kids, also evening entertainment for everyone, 2nd time we've booked once with a group of 8 girls & we've booked to go back next year & once with my family both times excellent xx

“Brilliant weekend away” We have just returned from a great weekend away celebrating my daughter's 15th birthday...the caravan is spotless.... we had banners balloons and a birthday cake on arrival plus flowers and wine...nothing is too much trouble for Helen who went out of her way to make our stay special

“Amazing cabin with everything you can think of” Had an amazing time with my friends it ended up being only 3 of us but i can honestly say i picked the right cabin as it is hard when picking for others but we all enjoyed it. We had great fun with the Wii, Pool Table, DVD Collection, Trampoline and moslty loved the hot tub at the night looking at the lake. Owners very friendly and great communication we had rules that we followed to ensure our deposit back quite simply really but i would do the same if my holiday home was as nice as that. They thought of everything down to the tea and coffee and the cleaning products for our stay. I would tell anyone i know if they are wanting a amazing cabin with so much to do then pick this one as i am going to visit again. The site is really nice too and everyone friendly on it.

“Absolutely fanatic! Beautiful, couldn't of wished for anything more!” We took my dad here as a surprise for his 50th birthday and we had an amazing time! He was so pleased. The lodge is just beautiful! It's so warm, cosy and spacious. The location of the lodge is just perfect! We loved chilling in the hot tub whilst looking over the jet ski lake and seeing Tattershall castle in the background. The swinging chair, games in the summerhouse, rowing boat and canoes made it so much more fun! Sailing away in the sunset was just perfect! We was very sad to leave and we hope to come back very soon! Thanks Jan :-)

“Fantastic break, excellent lodge with lovely views” Cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay in the lodge. Edwin really has thought of everything and it feels so homely. The hot tub and the views at night on the lake were stunning. There was so much to do on site but then also nice to chill at the lodge and enjoy the hot tub. Really made my husbands birthday bring there drinking prosecco whilst being in hot tub, kids thought it was amazing and loved hand feeding the swans in the morning. Just cannot fault the lodge at all, it is just lovely. Edwin was great and sent us all the information on the site before our visit which was so helpful, thank you Edwin and we hope to return again soon :-)

“2 night stay over bonfire night” Absolutely fantastic A***** we loved every second of it!! The host accommodated every single need of ours. “10 out of 10” Before we even arrived I had to make a name change on my booking and Donna was extremely helpful and understanding about it. Upon arrival we had a beautiful welcome hamper and chilled drinks in the fridge. Whole caravan inside and out was clean and well presented. We had an issue with our oven but when I contacted Donna, maintainance were with us within minutes and fixed it. Lovely place and lovely hosts. As constructive advice - the green outdoor cushions are beautiful but we couldn't use them as they attracted way too many flies/insects in the hot weather! But again they looked great. Thank you for our stay. X

“Lovely Accodomadtion” We spent Christmas here and loved the peace and quiet and all the extra touches that Donna had left to make it feel like a home from home. The caravan has everything you need, we even cooked a full Christmas dinner with no problems. Hot tub is fantastic. Only tiny moan I would make was that the bedding seemed too small for the bed, when you turned over the bottom sheet came off the mattress and the quilt was not big enough to cover us both at the same time but this was a tiny thing and did not affect our lovely stay

“Lovely lodge, definitely recommend...” We returned Easter Friday from a great 4 night break last week....the booking process was very straight forward and communication from the owner was excellent. The fishing peg is a bonus and my eldest son caught a lovely carp!.... RAF Coningsby nearby is a real bonus watching the Typhoons take off/land....we were treated to a spectacular aerial display on Thursday afternoon! It is very loud obviously but it doesn’t affect your stay, if anything it enhances it! The hot tub is a lovely touch and the views over the lake are lovely. The Wake Park on site was brilliant fun (we did it twice) and there is Tattershall Country Pub near the entrance that did lovely food (reasonably priced)....I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you for letting us stay at your home from home. John

“Lovely location, Great caravan, which was clean and comfortable.” The lakes were beautiful. Plenty of activities for all the family. The indoor pool was small but lovely. We went there to relax and in the morning we had a coffee right by the lake listening to the birds singing. The kids loved riding their bikes around the complex amongst the beautiful scenery.

“High quality, modern accommodation, great location.” Really impressed with the lodge, it was spacious, modern, clean and all essentials such as toiletries and tea and coffee are provided. Equipped for kids, travel cot, high chair and toys for the little ones (we took 3 of them). The hot tub gave our break a bit of extra fun but the place would be lovely still without it. “Outstanding” What a find!! We stayed in this lodge for a week at the end of July, we had 3 teenagers (2 girls and a boy)! Plus their nan with us! The lodge was well equipped and very spacious! The owners have thought of everything you would need to make your stay excellent! My mum has mobility issues and the lodge had easy access! The owner came everyday to look after the amazing hottub which saved us worrying about that, we used it everyday!! The decking which housed the hottub was huge plenty of room for all of us to sit out. And it even had a bbq ! Location is great, right on the lake beautiful views, not to near the club house and just off the noisier lakes for peace! Tattershall lakes itself had so much to do check out 'just wake ' for most of the water sports!

“Absolutely fantastic!!” Just returned from a four night stay in Fable Lodge, and well what can I say... only immaculate. I was taken aback when we walked in as it was fantastic. All mod cons, deluxe furniture and fittings. My son loved the bluetooth radio/speaker!! The hot tub was amazing too, I was in there at 6.30am every morning watching the swans waking up below, it was heaven. The attention to detail was exquisite even down to the fluffy soft towels. I would definitely recommend this lodge to anyone, and will hopefully be going back very soon. Compliments to Sarah and Simon, very friendly and helpful owners.

“best log cabin ive stated in” location, large secure garden and views were all self explanatory. firstly may I point out that this property is a log cabin throughout and not a timber clad property which gives it that real authentic feel. the added little gems were the heavenly shower, comfortable beds with ample spare bedding, free wi fi with a great reception, full sky package, and after a 2 hour journey we were greeted with afternoon tea and cakes, thoughtfully prepared by the owner. the lodge was decorated beautifully in side and out with Christmas decorations and presents on the beds. many personal touches that gave it that home from home feel. was assured by the owner we could contact her any time for any reason during our stay. a great comfort to just know that. we wouldn't of received a better service from a 6 * hotel. we have travelled all over the world and this little wonder is almost on our door step. would recommend a 100 times over and we will definitely return.

“Lovely log cabin” Plenty of space here and storage for clothes etc, nice location close to all amenities. Ray very on hand and helpful too. Only small issue here is the kettle is rubbish and could with a new tin opener although my husband thought he was bear grylls using a bread knife for the beans!! Other than that good value for money Thanks.
