“Sunny Winter Vacation” OMG! Why do you want to stay anywhere else? 1) large property - 3 bathrooms, pool, easy to use jacuzzi too! 2) games room, 2 living rooms, laundry area 3) about a million tv channels, (never had much time to watch myself), kids consol thingy too and DVD's, loadsa books too! 4) shopping: food, pharmacy, take-away's at a short drive. 5) Like fishing? well, x2 ponds (lakes in the UK) a short walk away 6) Disney - 20mins door to door (if you leave early!!) International Drive about 40 mins. Universal etc, about the same 7) Going further - we visited my Gran'ma in Venice area, took about an Hour and a half. Venice is lush too!!! very different to Orlando area. This home is very well decorated and clean. The area is quiet and away from the bright lights and busy traffic, very safe for small children (I have a 5yr old). The owners were very supportive and contact with them is easy and they are on hand if needed. But they have managers that are local, which is very handy, when you lock yourself out of the property!!! (anyway, moving on.....) Main road networks literally 3 mins away. Please contact me if there are particulars you want to know, but, I recommend speaking to the owners, as they are lovely. We had a great stay and wish it could have been longer. We stayed over Xmas and New Year (party of 8 - my parents, and my brother, my partner and x3 kids 18, 15 and 5), so a broad range of ages. Florida is a great (albeit expensive) holiday, but the villa cost was excellent!! If you book anywhere else, you gotta be crazy!!!

“Brilliant Holiday” Visited this villa in May '14 - had a wonderful time - the house was spotless - very clean throughout - the pool was fantastic - wonderful to return to after a hectic day at the theme parks - the villa is also ideally situated for easy access to the theme parks and local shops. Am looking forward to returning again in the near future.

“Huge property, impressive pool and deck area” We are a couple in our 30s and travelled with my parents who are in their 60s for a relaxing Christmas/New Year break. This property was perfect for us as it meant each couple practically had a 'wing' each. It would also be ideal for large family groups or 2/3 smaller families sharing. The property was beautifully decorated (exactly as it appeared in the photos) but what the pictures don't get across is the size of the place, it's huge! Perfect for large groups getting together but also lots of different areas for everyone to find their own space if they need some peace and quiet. The extended pool area meant that even in the winter, we were able to get the sun all day. The privacy screens at the side and no properties at the back meant that it felt very private. We requested pool heat, which made it the perfect temperature for our winter break. We basically spent most of the fortnight floating in the pool using the floats provided, a lovely touch! My Dad was in his element as he was able to watch more Premiership football games on the TV than he would get to see at home, while my husband escaped to the games room or the PS4 area whenever he got the chance. The management company were very responsive when we called to report one small issue, they arrived within a couple of hours and it was sorted. Richard and Nicola were fantastic during the booking process and beyond. They responded promptly to all of our queries and even rang us on our first full day to check we were enjoying it. They also returned our security deposit extremely promptly - I can't fault the service they provided. We have recommended this property to a number of our friends since returning but unfortunately (for them) they haven't been able to book as their dates aren't available. It looks like this is becoming a very popular property so my advice would be don't wait, book up quickly, you won't regret it!

“Now have the Florida bug” From beginning to end this holiday has been fantastic. This is the nicest villa we have rented and from the best most helpful couple. Gary and Lorraine have been excellent in everything they have done for us and nothing has been a problem. The villa is superb clean and well equipped, just need a few more teaspoons Gary!, we would defiantly recommend and would love to return in the not so distant future. You will need a car and we used google maps to get about. Better than sat nav as it updated all the time and we avoided many traffic jams. Disney is the nearest park. Super markets especially Walmart are near and loads of eateries. Anything from dunkin doughnuts to Indian take away. We shopped in the malls screamed at the parks got wet a lot rainy season but warm rain and really needed when it's 85 degrees. Many thanks again for all the help Gary and Lorraine.

“Fantastic villa, great location” We had a great 2 weeks at lakeside villa, so much so we were very sad to come home, the location is great for the parks shopping etc. The views over the lake and watching the wildlife was so nice when sitting at the lovely pool, also the villa had every amenitie and more that you would hope for when booking a villa, the high speed internet was a must as my husband had to work while on holiday also our 16 year old and 10 year old could keep in touch with friends back home. David the owner was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had before we left and booking was simple. Would love to return and would be more than happy to recommend the villa to friends and family.

“Fantastic holiday rental property” The villa is exceptionally well appointed, and is somewhere I would not hesitate returning, or recommending. We unfortunately only had a weeks stay, and wish it could have been longer. Decor and furnature are of a high quality and the space to really relax is more than ample. Only downside was being subject to insect activity(mosquitoes included) on an evening, when by the pool.due to the missing screen panels, but withe the recent passing of Hurricane Irma, I would imagine those materials would be hard to come by in the short term. “Great house, central location” We stayed 11 nights, and we loved the house and the area. The bed rooms very great, the kids loved the pool (age 4 and 6). If your main target of your trip is to visit the Disney parks, you will only have a 20-25min drive to the parks. Not to far away (5min by car) there ia a big Wallmart(the ladies in the group spent 4 hours there on a saturday evening), resturants and differnt shops.

“good choice” Stayed here for 5 nights wasn't disappointed. situated on an estate of similar properties it was very peaceful and safe. Excellent location to all parks within the orlando area and both coasts. villa was very spacious and clean, lovely pool to relax in both evening and night and a shopping area was a 5 minute drive away from the villa. We were travelling with teenagers they had great fun and made good use of the games room. Communication with Ian was excellent. I would defiantly recommend this villa.

“Fantastic condo, great location for Disney World, at an affordable price” The 3 bedroom spacious condo was a great base for our full on 2 week holiday. The location near to Disney main gate suited us fine as we visited these parks the most. For those spending more time at Universal you may want to stay a little closer. The club house and shared pool was also very good for families, we only wish we had more time to take advantage of these facilities.

“Fantastic spacious accommodation in superb location” Stayed at this villa early July 2014, two families totalling eight. The villa is superb, spotlessly clean with every comfort you could want in a holiday home. Five good sized bedrooms with two huge master suites. large spacious open plan living area with kitchen is great for kicking back when you get back from a hectic day out The pool is a real treat, again a big spacious area with sun loungers and chairs, we didn't go for the heated open and there was no need as it was very comfortable this time of year (and quite refreshing for those tired feet), the kids and all adults loved the outside area and often struggled to get the kids out for bed. Its location is superb on a very well maintained estate which is quiet but at the same time close to the highways to get you in to the parks, Disney and most of the attractions can be reached within 30 mins. (toll road cuts the time down by about ten mins and a bargain for a $1.25) Many good restaurants very close, most of which are recommended in the guest book at the villa. Cant emphasise how pleased we were with this accommodation and are already planning another vacation here in 2015. Also worth adding is the way its managed by Tim and his agency out there, nothing is too much trouble and the communication is excellent. Free super fast wifi is also included

“Fabulous 2 weeks in Kissimmee” We just spent the most fantastic 2 weeks with our 3 grand children and their parents. This property was big enough to accommodate 7 persons very comfortably, easy to find and lovely. Everything you ever dreamed off. Close to all the Disney attractions, it was just so great to come back to this clean and well kept home afterward. The pool was a bonus, the kids and adults too, just loved it. Small but very well maintained, it was just what the Doctor ordered after 9 hours at Magic Kingdom....As it is the last property on that side of the street, it was very quiet which was also a bonus. The kitchen was well furnished as well as the linen closet. Loved everything about this place. Highly recommended...

“Spacious, well equipped home close to all attractions” For the money, this house provides all you need - space, relaxation and the all important pool. Though the house might not be the plushest of homes, it is spotlessly clean, well equipped and provides plenty of space for a family to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Little touches like hairdryers, safety deposit box and beach towels make all the difference. Very convenient for travelling to all attractions with a good supermarket and take out Pizza place close by which is very handy for picking up provisions straight from the airport on route. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this house and would definitely consider staying there again. The owners are friendly, well informed and very accommodating allowing us a late checkout which effectively gave us an extra days holiday.

“Beautiful house for the 11 of us.” Had a bit of a bumpy start when we got there. But the owner did a great job at taking care of things and making us feel comfortable while we were on vacation. Kids had a blast all week and never wanted to get out of the heated pool. And then the adults all sat in the hot tub at night after the kids went to bed. We would definitely rent this place again.

“Everything we expected and much more!” This vacation rental is everything it's advertised to be, and more. The owner anticipated our needs and supplied the house with everything we might need during our stay. “Brilliant value for money, ideally located, user friendly and extremely helpful owner, safe neighbourhood and all in all a brill” This lovely property had everything, space, a fantastic pool, brilliant amenities, great location and a safe environment for families with children. It is no more than 10 minutes from the Disney parks, water parks, universal and sea world. It is comfortable fresh and very clean. Being in a gates community the children were safe and so you were able to have a relaxing holiday. Booking was really easy as the owner was very helpful and nothing was too much bother. “great place to stay” We had a great time in Florida the the villa was beautiful quiet secluded yet only 20 mins to the furthest park. Full range of TV and games room help keep youngster occupied on days we wanted to just stay home and chill. Everything you need is no more than 5 mins away plus some good local restuarants. The place is very comfortable and clean and I can say no more than we tried to go back this year but it was already booked. Kitchen not that well equipped for utensils but we ate out more than in !!

“Fantastic villa” We stayed in this villa for two weeks and it was perfect and a fantastic alternative to just booking a room in a hotel. After a busy day at the parks, coming back to the villa, which is modern and well furnished was great. It is a twenty minute drive from Disney and about forty minutes to Seaworld and Universal. Restaurants are just a short drive away. We liked Red Lobster and Outback the best. Our son thought the pool was great and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. We would love to return and would recommend to anyone. The location is really peaceful and in a lovely area.
