Apartment across Villa Argentina hotel in most exclusive part of Dubrovnik, only 5 minutes walking from the main Dubrovnik beach and 10 minutes lovely walk along the sea to the Old Town of Dubrovnik.Our guests comment:"They drove us to the apartment which was an extraordinary beauty, with french doors onto a balcony, a side-terrace with a table and vine-covered lattice pergola, two bedrooms with antique, polished wood furniture, and a kitchen with a fine stove and fridge, sink and counter. It was very personal.
The entire place looked out over the Adriatic and the old town, so we spent many afternoons and evenings eating our own food that we bought from the market at the end of the block, just before the entrance of the old town, and watching all the boats on the water. Absolutely divine".

No car is needed since all major attractions and events of Dubrovnik are within easy walk distance.From Dubrovnik Old Port there are regular boats to island of Lokrum with lovely botanical garden. Apartment itself is home away from home with 3 comfortable rooms, dining area, kitchen and bathroom, balcony and lovely 60m2 terrace with great view.

The apartment is close to town and has a lovely terrace. Good set up when the weather is great. Hosts are nice friendly people. Unfortunately, there is no real living room which can be an issue when the weather is not good and you spend more time indoors than out (in our case...). On the last evening there was a party in the hotel right in front of the property so there was blaring music until 2am - it was impossible to sleep. The property could also be a bit cleaner and could do with some redecorating.
Great location, only 10 min stroll to old city and 5 min to beach. Great views from balconies over the sea and the old city. Spacious apartment with 3 double bedrooms and good living room and well equiped kitchen. Needs serious upgrading though and the cleaniness could be improved, specially in the bathroom. would be the ideal place in dubrovnik if the decor was updated. could do with an e-mail address for the host to arrange check in
Gastgeber-Antwort Dear Ana, really sorry you could not sleeep Saturday night because of the music from hotel.I am sure the hotel had more complains from theit own guests. The small room you used is normally closed and is not for the guests.I only left this room opened for you as you asked for more towels. We sell apartment with two bedrooms and one living-dinning room. Thank you for your suggestion. We have changed cleaning service already. All the best Nada
