La tana del colore

La "Tana" è un grazioso appartamento alle porte del centro storico di Firenze.

La zona è Careggi, famosa per le sue colline ricoperte di ulivi e attraversate dalle caratteristiche stradine rinchiuse tra muretti di pietra che ne fanno un magico labirinto.

Ma non solo.

Careggi è una delle zone più tranquille del centro di Firenze, dove si può parcheggiare l'auto con facilità e raggiungere il centro storico a piedi, in bicicletta, o con le diverse linee dei bus urbani (linee 14-8-60) in 10 minuti.

Arrivare col treno è facilissimo:
a poche centinaia di metri ci sono le stazioni di Firenze Statuto e Firenze Rifredi, dove fermano i principali treni nazionali ed internazionali.

La vita notturna nei dintorni è molto vivace:
da piazza Giorgini coi suoi locali, pub e ristoranti, a Piazza Dalmazia (cinema, pub, ristoranti).

Nei dintorni potrete trovare le delizie della cucina tipica fiorentina nei vari locali caratteristici: dai panini di pane toscano con prosciutto e pecorino al panino col lampredotto; dai primi piatti tipici alla golosa pasticceria fiorentina. E senza spendere cifre esorbitanti come fareste quasi sicuramente consumando o acquistando queste prelibatezze in centro.

La casa si trova nei pressi del Polo Universitario di Careggi, dell'ospedale di Careggi e dell'Ospedale Pediatrico Meyer. A pochi minuti si raggiungono la Fortezza da Basso (centro fieristico e culturale), il Palazzo dei Congressi, Villa Fabbricotti ed il suo parco, il Museo Stibbert e molti altri punti di interesse: chi vuole fare una passeggiata nel verde può raggiungere la zona di Castello, con le sue ville Medicee, o Fiesole, posta sul "terrazzo" più bello di Firenze, oppure Pratolino e il suo meraviglioso Parco di Villa Demidoff, senza mai dover entrare in città.

Veniamo alla casa:
l'appartamento è assolutamente silenzioso: il condominio è molto tranquillo e richiede di conseguenza il rispetto dei vicini. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano (ascensore). All'ingresso un disimpegno che dà su camera da letto, bagno e cucina.

Appena entrati si viene accolti da un ambiente caldo e colorato, arredato con allegria. La camera è completa di letto, comodini e un grande armadio; inoltre è possibile l'aggiunta di un piccolo lettino per bambini.

In sala si trova la cucina ben accessoriata, con lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina del caffè. Un angolino è dedicato alla lettura o al computer, che si può collegare all'adsl wireless.
Dalla sala si accede al terrazzo verandato, dove si trova la lavatrice ed un lavello.

The area is Careggi, famous for its hills covered with olive trees and crossed by narrow streets, imprisoned between stone walls that make it a magical labyrinth. But not only.

Careggi is one of the quietest areas of central Florence, where you can park your car easily and reach the center on foot, by bicycle, or with the various lines of urban buses (lines 8/14/60)in 10 minutes.

Arriving by train is easy:
just a few hundred meters there are stations in Florence Charter and Rifredi, where guests can take the main national and international trains.

The nightlife in the surrounding area is very lively:
Piazza Giorgini with its clubs, pubs and restaurants, Piazza Dalmatia (cinemas, pubs, restaurants).

Nearby you can find the delights of typical Florentine cuisine in the various local characteristic: from sandwiches of bread with ham and "pecorino"(tuscan sheep chees) to the "lampredotto" sandwich; from the first courses to the delicious typical florentine pastry. the apartment is absolutely peaceful:: the building is very quiet and therefore requires respect for the neighbors. The apartment is on the third floor (lift).
Entrance hallway leading onto a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. As you enter you are greeted by a warm and colorful ambient, furnished with joy.
The room is equipped with bed, bedside tables and large closet. In the dining room is the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine.
A corner is devoted to reading or to use computer, you can connect to wireless ADSL 24/24h. From the living room leads to the covered/porch terrace, where you will find a washing machine and a sink.
