Villa Zaton is stone house in a very private location above the pretty village of Zaton offering magnificent view on crystal sea and lovely bay of Zaton..The villa offers you three apartments of different sizes (sleeps 8 + 4 in total) but the property can easily be rented as a whole villa.The spacious interiors are pleasant equipped with furniture and the idyllic location adds to the overall feeling of tranquility of the villa.Apartment has its own terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy summer evenings with truly spectacular view on Zaton Bay.One have vise on our Longue pool terrasse. (also perfect if you are in a larger group but want a bit more privacy)The Longue pool terrasse and it's sunbathing terrace dominate the villa's outdoors and will certainly be a place you will spend a lots of your holidays should you choose to stay here! Laying on a sun lounger or bubbling away in the Jacuzzi area you cannot fail to relax here...Summer kitchen with ecquippement is neatly set next to the pool.The villa is also only 10 minutes drive from the ancient walled city of Dubrovnik so if you get bored of lounging around the pool or bathing in the sea and having BBQs (unlikely!) then you can sightsee shop or eat in the stunning Old Town or take a trip to one of the nearby islands.

We chose to take the whole of this villa for a surprise celebration of a friend's 50th birthday. We couldn't have chosen a better place. The outside areas are amazing - the outdoor kitchen with huge hot tub next to it was used daily either for breakfast or evening meal. The next terrace above had a swimming pool which was perfect for a quick cool off after relaxing on the very comfortable and new looking recliners. There were two balconies in the apartment and 3 mini-apartments which made up the whole. The facilities inside were basic but clean. The views were great from both balconies of the inlet at Zaton. The hosts were amazingly kind and spoke excellent english. They cooked us an immense fish banquet one evening and it was freshly caught that day by their father! There is a supermarket two doors down for most items at reasonable prices. I would point out that it is near to a busy road - which I'm not used to but earplugs soon solved
Our stay at the Villa Zaton near Dubrovnik was great - nice location with lovely sea view and the appartment was ideal - modern and comfortable. the outside space including covered kitchen/eating area, BBQ and jacuzzi were a real bonus. The only downsides were that we were not told the swimming pool area was not accessible as it was all being refurbished - a big disappointment for us, but I am sure future visitors will have a great time there. Would very much recommend future visitors hire a car - we didn't because our stay was short, but public transport is not reliable and we ended up taking quite expensive taxis. Dubrovnik old town and port are amazing - do the city wall walk! There is a good restaurant and a small supermarket only 200m away from the appt. Irena is a very welcoming and helpful host. Die Villa Zaton ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie bietet 8 Personen ausreichend Platz, ist aber mit Beistellbetten leicht erweiterbar. Die Außenanlage ist wunderschön und lässt keine wünsche offen. Die Besitzer sind außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Negativpunkt der zu erwähnen wäre ist die Lage - Dubrovnik liegt etwa 10 km entfernt und ist nur mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wer aber ohnehin mit dem Auto anreißt hat mit der Villa Zaton sicher die beste Wahl getroffen.
