Je ne recommanderai à personne ce logement ne correspond en rien avec les photos et la description. Les photos non récentes montrent un appartement parfait, neuf et confortable. La réalité est tout autre. Vieux, abimé, les prises ne sont pas conformes (fils dénudés). Les sols sont abimés. Une salle d'eau est complètement décrépie. Les lits ne sont pas doubles mais simples. Pas de couvre-lit... Les oreillers étaient sales et plein de bave ! La cuisine ne comprenait pas assez de cuillères : 3 !! bruit jusqu'à 6h du matin (cabaret en dessous)

We would appreciate if you told us about this problems during your stay. We would have gladly provided you with any equipment you needed, if you said so. We have also spoken together a day after your arrival and everything seemed to be fine with you. About noise from apartment above we cannot do anything, as we only own 3 apartments in this building, two on first floor and one on third floor. As you surely know, there are many different groups arriving to Prague, some to sightseeing, some to party. We are sorry that you had this unpleasant experience with group staying above. Parking in Prague is a big issue, as the center is historical and not many cars can be allowed to park there. Blue zones are issued for residential purposes (inhabitants of Prague). As you surely know, we have our own parking capacities at Wenceslas Square, which is only 7 minutes of walking from Dlouhá. For the next time, it would be much easier for both you and us to solve all the problems directly through reception, so we could react accurately and help you out a.s.a.p. Thank you and good luck.
