Located in Sagasta Street, one of the most important and elegant streets in the city, placed in Trafalgar (Chamberí district) in the centre of Madrid, this brand-new 30 m2 apartment is suitable for two people. Very bright and quiet, it has two interior balconies and is provided with a reinforced door, a video intercom entry phone, a water heater, air conditioning, gas heating and a very fast internet ADSL 20 Mb. There is a lift to facilitate access to the floors.
A corridor with a proper overhead luggage compartment leads to an exquisite and cosy spacious single room with a TV set, a Blu-ray player, a high quality sofa-bed, and a large wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a vitroceramic cooker, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, a sandwich maker, an electric juicer, a mixer, a steam iron and an ironing board, a coffee machine and a kettle as well as with kitchenware. The bathroom is provided with an amazing and powerful, especially voluminous and air enriched rain shower, cupboards, soap, gel and a hair-dryer.
Towels and bed linen are available, as well as all the necessary to have the most comfortable stay.
It is ideally located in Sagasta Street, close to Bilbao underground station and is a becoming choice for staying in the city, whether on holiday or on business.
Exceptionally well communicated either by underground (lines 1 and 4) or by bus, it is within range of all the main tourist landmarks and some are even just a walk away: Gran Vía Street, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles, Museo del Prado...
The area is completely safe and there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, markets and supermarkets, cinemas and all different kind of shops around, so by choosing to stay in such a suitable area, you will certainly assure yourself a convenient and very nice stay in Madrid.

Appartement très bien équipé, excellent accueil de Marina qui est très chaleureuse et on se sent "comme en famille". Elle nous a renseigné mieux qu'aurait pu le faire l'Office de Tourisme! Elle est très organisée et tout est impeccable dans l'appartement. Celui-ci est idéalement situé avec un accès ultra rapide au métro, dans un quartier animé où l'on trouve tout à porter de quelques pas. L'appartement donne sur une cour et est donc au calme du boulevard de devant de l'immeuble. Si vous souhaitez séjourner à Madrid, ce pied à terre est idéal, nous le recommandons chaleureusement!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin Marina war sehr nett und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, modern, sauber und sicher. Näher kann eine Wohnung nicht an der Metro liegen (ca. 20 Meter von der Haustüre entfernt). Alle Punkte in der Stadt sind leicht zu erreichen (2 Metro Linien). Und trotzdem ist die Wohnung, die zum kleinen Innenhof liegt, ruhig. In der Nähe befinden sich eine Markthalle und an Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs fehlt es nicht. Wir werden House Trip und Marina an unsere Bekannten weiterempfehlen. R & M

Mi novia y yo nos alojamos durante una semana en este estudio: limpio, cuidado, práctico, no le falta detalle (tiene hasta lavavajillas y un horno en condiciones), y muy bien situado (dentro del edificio -da a un patio interior bastante luminoso, con un nivel mínimo de ruidos- y dentro de Madrid -Sagasta 5 es una localización inmejorable-). Hemos de reconocer que fue un placer conocer a Marina: amable, atenta, dispuesta a ofrecer buenos consejos (gastronómicos, culturales, turísticos...)... ¡Gracias! Si vuelve a presentarse la oportunidad de tener que alojarnos por la zona, sin duda volveremos a pensar en el estudio de Marina.

No habria esperado nunca encontrarme con gente tan maravillosa,el apartamento limpisimo,en tan pocos metros no falta de nada,muy silencioso al dar a la parte de dentro,y ellas .......impresionates,nos ayudaron con planos de la ciudad,a que conocieramos lo mejor de Madrid,GRACIAS MARINA Y ANA, volveremos a vernos.BESOS

Appartement dans quartier calme et résidentiel, on se sent en sécurité, avec magasins de proximité notamment Carrefour Market, boulangerie et marché couvert. Facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport avec la navette express à 5€ jusqu'à la Place Cibeles (30mn) ou métro à 4.80€ jusqu'à la station de Bilbao (40mn).Station de Bilbao à seulement 1mn à pieds, idéal !! Appartement calme, refait à neuf, très moderne, un vrai petit cocon de 20m2 environ, idéal pour un couple. Voir descriptif fait par Marina et sa soeur Ana, pas de mauvaises surprises. Marina et Ana sont très serviables, toujours prêtes à vous aider, à vous renseigner sur les choses à faire à Madrid, sont de bons conseils, n'hésitez-pas. Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans cette capitale espagnole à taille humaine, tout se fait à pieds. En hiver, prévoir bonnet, gants et vêtements chauds car le froid de la Sierra de Guadarrama est glacial et pénétrant ! Bon séjour à vous, Tony et Pauline de Haute Savoie.
