This bright one-bedroom apartment is located close to Saint Peter’s Church in the Wedding district, only 100 m from Gesundbrunnen station with overground and underground connections.
There are supermarkets and shops in the direct vicinity. Trendy Prenzlauer Berg with its cafés, restaurants and countless cultural events is only 2 stations away.

The apartment, 50 sqm in size, is on the third floor of a renovated 1930s complex, made up of various different wings and courtyards. The careful renovation maintained the original structure, including wooden floorboards. Lovingly decorated in modern style, the apartment is a comfortable and peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The living room offers a pleasant view of a courtyard planted with horse chestnut trees.
The apartment is composed of a master bedroom with double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a modern kitchen including a microwave, toaster, fridge, washing machine and dish-washer. It is of course equipped with a CD player and Internet connection.
