This beautiful Mediterranean villa is centrally located just a few minutes from Bal Harbour and Aventura. Its spacious layout and relaxing feel makes it a perfect holiday rental. This 2,578 SQ. Ft home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 10 guest very comfortably. There is also a comfortable kid’s area where kids can play without disturbing their parents.
This lovely waterfront home has direct access to the beach and if you are an outdoor lover you will enjoy the lush tropical landscaping and serene pool area.
As you enter the home you will find a spacious living room which opens up to the pool area where you can relax, read or prepare some nice meals.
The open concept kitchen has stainless appliances and warm wooden cabinets. The kitchen is large and perfect for entertaining.
In the master bedroom you will find a queen size bed, bamboo floors throughout and a large marble bathroom. The views from this room are breath taking, with its French door that open up to the pool area.
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed brand new maple parquet throughout.
The third bedroom also offers a queen size bed and fourth bedroom is equipped with two twin beds which is perfect for children. There is also an area that includes a Futon bed to accommodate extra guests if need be. The small white tile bathroom with a shower will be shared by those 2 rooms.
No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent.
