What guests say about staying at my properties
My wife and I stayed here for a week in May and we had a great experience. The apartment was clean, spacious for two people, and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable and the unit is quiet; although Prinz Eugen Strasse is a busy street, the windows overlook an interior courtyard and we slept soundly. Our host was very responsive and graciously accommodated our arrival/departure schedule! The location is great -- 3 blocks from the U-bahn at Taubstummengasse, half a block from the "D" tram running up Prinz Eugen toward the Ring, one block from a Billa supermarket. Karlsplatz is about a 10 minute walk, and the Belvedere gardens and palace are literally across the street. It's a convenient location for staying in Vienna without being surrounded by tourists 24/7. We would stay here again, if we could. Highly recommended.
plus points, property was close to the city and convenient for amenities etc however, the taxi driver did have some difficulty finding the apartment also would have appreciated if owner could have been present her mother in law who was very pleasant gave us the keys but with limited english could not answer some of our questions eg, location of airport shuttle, also had a lot of difficulty trying to open the door with the key!!
Appartement très fonctionnel. Nous étions 2 couples et cela a suffit. Il est très bien placé, proche d'une staion de métro et proche de l'hyper centre. En revanche, pour 40€, le ménage est loind d'être irréprochable. De plus le check in se fait à 10h00 et le check out à 15h00, ce qui fait que ce créneau il peut y avoir 2 locataires!!!!! Ce qui est assez contraignant.
