Alain Logement très confortable, très bien situé (à 50 m de La Fenice). Seul petit bémol : un chauffage un peu bruyant la nuit. Nous tenons toutefois à faire une remarque sur notre arrivée. Les témoignages des précédents locataires étaient très laudateurs sur Véronica, l'accueillante. Or celle-ci a été peu agréable, "expédiant" la présentation du logement sur un ton pète-sec. Nous avons été fort surpris et nous sommes interrogés sur le motif. Parce que nous étions en avance ? Véronica nous avez demandé par mail de la prévenir si notre avion avait du retard au départ. Il se trouve que non. Nous n'avons donc pas prévenu Véronica, que nous avons simplement appelée à notre arrivée à Sant Angelo. Nous n'avons attendu qu'une dizaine de minutes, sans impatience aucune, jouissant déjà du spectacle du Grand Canal. Déception (certes relative !) donc devant le comportement peu sympathique et difficilement compréhensible de Véronica. Mais peut-être n'en sommes-nous pas responsables.

Helene L'appartement est très bien situé entre la Fenice et la place St Marc . Il est au 3°étage ( avec ascenseur )avec de grandes fenêtres qui donnent sur un petit canal où passent les gondoles .Il est meublé avec goût et confortablement : l'éclairage est agréable le sol est en parquet , la salle de bain pourvue d'accessoires , l'équipement de la cuisine est suffisant. Il offre de très bonnes conditions pour visiter Venise et pouvoir se reposer. Les chaînes de télé étaient toutes italiennes mais pour nous ce n'était pas du tout une gêne . Je recommande cet appartement .

Nicolas Intérieur rénové, très propre et pratique. Plein centre, 5 min à pied de la Place St Marc. A proximité immédiate des commerces. Parfait pour un WE découverte ...

Andrew The outstanding feature of this third floor apartment is the light. Four large windows face west over the rooftops, and in the spring afternoons, with cool breezes coming off the canal below, the sun is amazing. In warmer weather this might present something of a problem, although Veronica told us she has had air conditioning installed. Aside from that, it is a lovely apartment, well-appointed, and on one of the main passageways leading to Piazza San Marco. It is also a short walk to the vaparetto stop, the Ponte Accademia, and Dorsoduro. In fact, with the distances so short, you can get anywhere as conveniently as is possible in Venice. We heartily recommend this apartment.

Ana we arrived from spain with our 2 children, and we have felt like at home. The building is an old venetian building, no lift the first part of the stairs but the door is open you find a beautiful apartment better than the photos¡¡ And it is really very good situated, easy to get eveywhere. There are lots of restaurants to eat outside. I highly recommend it¡¡

Benoit En ce qui concerne l'accueil, très bien, Veronica nous attendait à la station du Vaporetto malgré l'heure tardive. L'appartement très agréable, très bien situé, tout pour nous satisfaire d'un bon séjour vénitien. Je mettrai juste une remarque sur le confort : rien pour faire chauffer de l'eau, pas de casserole ni bouilloire. Et aucun bol pour le petit déjeuner, les tasses les plus grandes font un peu plus de 10 cl, c'est un peu juste pour des buveurs de thé ! Autre remarque, rien pour écouter de la musique, lecteur CD ou autre.

Michele We had a wonderful romantic weekend. The apartment is really beautiful and in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes from Piazza San Marco and close to La Fenice Theatre. We met Veronica at the vaporetto stop, she brought us to the apartment and gave us the keys and the basic info regarding heating, cooking and the wifi. Even if this wasn't our first trip to Venice we were amazed by this place and we couldn't wait to come back!
