Dovydas I will not repeat what others have already said (it is true). The apartment is very cosy and clean, it had everything we needed. The hostess is very sweet, she gave us a lot of tips what to do in town, and she even picked us up from the train station! We had a wonderful time staying there, I highly recommend this apartment.

Thomas Our stay was excellent, but disjoinetd due to our own fault. The apartment is beautifully furnished with a femine touch of the esthetic. It's a lovely place to stay and we wich we could have had a few more days there.

Andrea Die Wohnung liegt in einem nettem Viertel, es gibt viele kleine Läden und Cafes und die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt. Zu Fuß braucht man etwa 20 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig. Es gibt ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und Dusche, was aus der Beschreibung nicht hervorging und eine angenehme Überraschung war. Mercedes ist eine sehr nette und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin und wir haben uns in ihrer Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt!

Luca Casa grande, pulita e accogliente. Anche se con il propietario non ci siamo visti, ci siamo messi d'accrodo molto efficientemente. La casa sta in una posizione strategica, velociemente raggiungibile dall'aereoporto e centrale per le altre destinazioni.

Gill This apartment is a home from home furnished with love! We travelled with 2 teens and a 5 year old which is no easy feat to please all and the apartment was perfect with all the amenities of a home and a huge terrace to enjoy a morning cup of coffee overlooking the view of the city. The location is excellent. Close to shops, supermarket round the corner and a lovely walk to the city centre. The Metro station and buses are a street away. Mercedes and her brother Jesus are the most accommodating hosts I have ever met, they are an asset to Valencia. A definate return in planned in the near future. Don't hesitate to book this apartment!

jcaruana FANTASTIC - FANTASTIC - FANTASTIC GREAT LOCATION - CLOSE TO PLAZA D'ESPANA IN FACT WE TOOK METRO FROM AIRPORT AS THIS WAS VERY CONVENIENT 5 MINUTE WALK TO PLAZA DEL AYUTAMENTO 10 MINUTE WALK FROM THE MERCADO CENTRAL CLOSE TO ALL AMENETIES - SUPERMARKET A FEW DOORS AWAY, PHARMACY ETC APARTMENT IN VERY VERY GOOD CONDITION AND LITTLE NICE TOUCHES THAT MAKES YOU FEEL AT HOME HOSTS WERE GREAT AND TOOK THEIR TIME TO SEE US IN AND OUT AND THE TERRACE - A GREAT PLUS AS WE USED TO HAVE OUR BREAKFAST OUTDOORS WE TRAVELLED WITH THREE KIDS - AND IT WAS THE BEST HOLIDAY EVER THANKYOU WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

John The apartment was very well located in a safe area close a short walk to the city center as well as the Ciutat de Les Arts. There is a grocery store across the street and nice restaurants everywhere. The apartment was very modern, clean and well furnished. It has all the amenities including a full kitchen, fast wifi and international channels. It is the quietest apartment rental I've stayed in to date and a fantastic value. The hostess was very attentive, accesible, and personable. I highly recommend this apartment.
