El apartamento se corresponde con las fotos, bien situado, con la parada de Old Street Station a cinco minutos andando. Tiene cerca supermercados, pub y restaurantes. La calefaccion funciona muy bien. Deberían empezar a cuidar algunos aspectos como la moqueta de las habitaciones. No nos gusto que nos cobrasen 30& por recoger las llaves después de las 21 horas cuando ya les habíamos avisado de que la huelga de controladores había retrasado 7 horas nuestro vuelo. Nos dijeron que reclamasemos a nuestro seguro.Otro aspecto negativo es que la oficina para recoger las llaves esta lejos del apartamento. A pesar de esto es un apartamento recomendable y las personas que lo alquilan siempre responden amablemente a los mails o llamadas.
Because of a bathroom leak we had to change flats on the second day after our arrival!! We liked the first flat, it was very comfortable and had good amnenities. They wanted us to change location that same night at 12 pm, after an entire day of work. Because we wouldn´t leave in the middle of the night, they wouldn´t let us use the bathroom!!! The next day we went to the new flat and we didn´t like it the same. The new location was very noise,and despite the fact that they told us it was a better accomodation, it was not. Furthermore, it had the worst sink we had ever used in our life. And now, which one do we review???? The first or the second??!! We are going to rate the first, because that is the one shown here.
Excellent property - clean, well maintained and plenty of room for all 5 adults in the family! Even the sofa bed in the lounge was big and comfortable enough to sleep on! Great location - only minutes from the Borough market with temping and delicious bread, cheeses, cakes and more - foodies will love it! Southwalk cathedral on the doorstep - along with the Shard....and the bard! Just a stroll to Shakespeare's globe! Lots of other history in the area and lovely to be able to walk along the river. Once you're there - no need to rely on the Tube! Walk! You can see so much more. Although - if it is raining - London tube station under 5 minutes walk giving you access to wherever you need to be in the city! The downside (but it didn't spoil our enjoyment ) - was the pub opposite was a little noisy well into the night and some of the karaoke singers could benefit from a few singing lessons! There is some traffic noise also but being so central - you soon get used to it.

From your review it is not clear why weren’t you satisfied with the check-in but I can assure you that we are doing our utmost to keep all clients happy and satisfied not only with apartments but with our services also, I am sorry this time we did not meet your expectations. I have contacted the London check-in office manager to go through the training with receptionists once more to ensure great service. Host response Dear Marisa, Thank you for your review, every feedback is important to us as it allows us to improve our services. I am very sorry to read your displeasure with the situation. Please note that your relocation was needed due to heavy leak from your bathroom to the neighbours flat below and could have caused serious damage to them and also in our flat. The security of our clients is our top priority and by letting you stay in the apartment or even use the bathroom we would be exposing to danger not only you but also tenants living under you, which was unacceptable. With help of our maintanance staff we have upgraded you the next morning after leak was reported to different, bigger apartment. The new apartment had three bedrooms and two bathrooms in total and had the same amenities of your original apartment. I am not sure to which sink are you refering to as there were two sinks in the new property (one in each bathroom), but I can assure you that we do our utmost to furnish all our flats modernly and comfortably to meet our clients expectations, I am sorry it has not met yours. I would like to thank you for your understanding and your co-operation when solving this maintanance situation and I hope that this issue did not spoil your overall experience of our apartments and London in general and we hope to see you in our apartment soon again!
