Verdizela House is a fantastic V5 house located in the center of Verdizela a green space next to the Blue Coast, Portugal, 5 min of the beach call Fonte da Telha. At a walking distance there is a commercial space, sporting park, pharmacy and gym. This privileged location offers easy access to the beach by bus.
Tastefully decorated take their place next to modern furniture and turn this fancy house into a cozy, cheerful and welcoming space where to spend wonderful and relaxed holidays.
It has space for you and all of your family and friends. Perfect for large groups and big families.
Verdizela House features 4 double rooms, 3 of them with a private bathroom. We can arrange the other room for sleeping room.
The living room has amazing natural light and is very well decorated with fireplace and heat recovery; the sofa is very big and comfortable. Also in the living room you can find direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepared for your experiences in the art of cooking Portuguese dishes. We have a huge garden/terrace and a big pool as a welcome extra. For amenities there is cable TV (with international channels), DVD player and Wi-Fi internet with unlimited connection.

Location:
Verdizela is a locality on the South Bank of the river Tejo, Setubal district. Their commercial, sports and leisure infrastructures make Verdizela a reference area on the South Bank of the Tagus River, a pleasant location surrounded by forest trails and a reference area for the tourism cycle routes or to scroll through using mountain bike.
About 20 kilometers from Lisbon, lies very close to the sea and the various beaches of the western coast of the Peninsula de Setubal. Has in its vicinity, the internationally known Aroeira golf course.
The village has a shopping centre, effectively the heart of Verdizela, once it is concentrated the restore activity and other type of trade, embryo of conviviality and community leisure. The sports park, used by locals and many other sports practitioners of neighboring areas, constitutes a significant added value.
