Welcome to this spacious, bright apartment in the center of the city!

It's one of the best locations to explore the whole city! 5 minutes walking away, you find yourself on the most famous avenue in Prague, Vacklavske namesti which ends up in the fantastic Old Town Square. Great cafes, nice restaurants, friendly pubs are right there awaiting for you! There is no need to take public transportation since you are in the middle of everything. Nevertheless there is a metro station just 3 blocks away.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator in the building.

This 90 sqm apartment gives you enough space to feel comfortable after a day of discovering Prague. The two separate bedrooms - each having a double bed - make it ideal for two couples or for four friends to share this apartment. Fresh sheets, towels, pillows, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, coffee filter, toaster, dishes, cutlery), bathroom with walk in shower, separate toilette, washing machine, wifi - basically all you need for a comfortable stay - are prepared for you.

Very close to the apartment (200 meters away) there is a nice coffee shop where you can have breakfast. Just across the street there is a supermarket. I prepared a guidebook for my guests with places where you can go out in Prague and feel the real flair of the city.

If the apartment is available on the day of your check in or check out, you are welcome to come earlier or stay later.

I can arrange airport transfer for you for 24 euros for up to four people.

Clean, spacious and well located. Our issue was there was only one tiny couch and an armchair so we couldn't relax in the apartment. Even if you do spend all day sightseeing it was surprising how much we missed being able to sit down and chat with a glass of wine as a group.

Location is good and apartment very clean. If I was staying longer, I'd miss a comfy sofa and TV. For short stays this is perfect and I'd stay here again.

Appartement idéal pour deux couples. Très près de la vieille ville. Il faudrait ajouter une petite télévision et un grille-pain pour les touristes américains et canadiens. Nous avons très apprécié notre séjour à Prague Gilles Marchand et Pierrette Fournier

Excellent contact avec la propriétaire. Appt très propre (comme neuf), spacieux mais un peu spartiate pour 4 personnes , bien situé à proximité du centre avec transports en commun ( tramway et métro ) et commerces . Vaisselle insuffisante pour 4 personnes. Juste bien pour un petit déjeuner.(un grill pain serait nécessaire.) Chambres propres et très grandes (manque de tables de nuit),des rideaux de nuit aux fenêtres des chambres seraient nécessaires. Salle de bain et WC parfaits.

Very pleasant apartment, comfortable and relaxing. Great location right by tram line just a very short ride to all major tourist attractions. Elevator makes fifth floor a bonus for the views instead of a stair-climbing drag. Beds are VERY firm, but I've come to expect that in Europe. Internet access was a bit spotty, with wireless router hooked to DSL connection. It would cut out with somewhat aggravating frequency, but worked enough to eventually do what was needed. Kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cookware, since part of my reason for taking an apartment is to be able to cook for myself for most meals. Nevertheless, a very pleasant stay. Be sure you have a working phone on arrival to contact host. Intercom did not work, and was confusing even if it had. Both I and my brother who arrived later ended up stuck out on the street for a while, trying to figure out how to get in. Phone contact is essential.

Really close to Metro Stations, to Karlovo Namesti, you can actually walk to the centre... Contact was very friendly, everything clean and "spacious" is no exaggeration!!
