About this property

For many the most beautiful part of Dubrovnik Lapad - peninsula where is the apartment Ea.
Around the entire peninsula, there are beautiful beaches that are away from the apartment Ea, only 350 m. Bus station is 50 m (from apartments) which has a direct line (No.6) for the Old Town (Stradun).

Post office, pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, are located only 100 m.

The apartment is surrounded by gardens and flowers, and in the front of it is a large stone terrace where you can enyoj in the sounds of birds and a beautiful view of the sunset of the summer evening.

The apartment is renovated and is scheduled for 2-4 people. It contains two rooms that each has its own bathroom (washing machine), dining room, where there is a large 107 inch plasma TV and kitchen with all necessary appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hand blender, etc.). The apartment has air condition and has interent connection and, if necessary, has a crib (for baby).

SOMETHING ABOUT DUBROVNIK - YOU MUST SEE

MUSEUMS
- Archaeological Museum
- Cultural History Museum
- Maritime Museum
- Marina Drzica House
- Museum of Contemporary Art
- Ethnographic Museum

Marin Drzic was our famous and dramatic poet. He more interested in domestic guests.
Definitely recommend to visit the maritime museum, because you have an aquarium with fish that reside in the Adriatic Sea and that you may encounter if you love diving.

CINEMA
Dubrovnik has a few screens (internal and external). All films that show the original show (mostly American tj.english language) and translation into the Croatian subtitled. If your are interested I can obtain more information on certain days.

DUBROVNIK SUMMER FESTIVAL
10th July 63rd began Dubrovnik Summer Festival. On Closed and open areas of our city there are music, drama and dance performances. It lasts from 10 July to 25 August. When you walk Stradun (streets in the old part of Dubrovnik) you will see many performances.

WALLS
Make sure you visit the city walls which proudly stand there for several centuries. Defend in the history of Dubrovnik and no war 22 years ago could not destroy them. They are our pride. I recommend visiting the city walls from 08-11AM and from 6 to 7.30 PM because of the heat.

CABLE CAR

Hill of Srd stands proudly above the city of Dubrovnik. For tourists year-round open lift that goes from Old Town to the top of the chin Srd. View from the lifts and from the top of the hill on the entire Dubrovnik is indescribable. Do not miss to see.

BEACHES
Our apartment that I have described is on the peninsula, therefore it is surrounded by many beautiful beaches. Sand, stone, what you want.

VISIT Dubrovnik islands
If you have a chance go to visit Dubrovnik islands.
Lokrum is a small island situated opposite the old town and the boat ride there every 15 minutes. There is a legend that the island is cursed by the priests in the past, so has the way a bit mystical. I highly recommend it to visit him and his beach. By the way in Lokrum my brother Philip is a fireman, so please do not burn it because he is going to be tired from work :) The joke of course :)

ELAFITI
Elafiti is the name of Lopud, Sipan and Kalamota. The three islands that also have their own charm and beautiful beaches. There are regular services (ship) company Jadrolinija and there are old Dubrovnik sailing ships that offer visitors a full day excursion to the islands with food and drink. (Prices do not know but if you're interested, I'll give you all know).

PROMENADE
Below the apartments Ea exist anymore promenade called Uvala Lapad. Wonderful for morning and evening walk with the kids because there are not going cars. Throughout the promenade have restaurants and cafes for refreshment.

GOING OUT IN THE NIGHT
I must admit since I have a child I did not leave much in the evening in Dubrovnik, but I know that bars are open until at least 02AM and in Old Town has a 3-4 discotheque so if you whant I can finde out the time when they are opening.

BUS LINES
Bus lines operate from 04AM-01AM. From our apartment to the old town there is a bus number 6 If you stay longer somewhere late at night you have a taxi service operating 24 hours a day.

Your response
Dear Gerard Thank you for staying in our apartment. We were always there for all of our dear guests, in case they need anything and we always tried to help them. Everything about apartment that we write is true in this site, so, what you see is what you get. I am sorry becouse we gave you price for this apartment only 70E and you found it unsuitable for your needs so at this point I think when you visit Dubrovnik next time you should fork out and book apartment at Hilton Imperial Hotel so you could fully satisfied. Sincerely yours Ivona Vetma PS: Hilton Imerial apartments are located only 100 m from Old town and the price for two is only 520 E per night. I hope this helped.

We had a wonderful stay in Ea apartment in Dubrovnik. We were welcomed by Ivona and her lovely family with fresh juice and figs from the fabulous garden terrace. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were travelling with small children and the apartment had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including a baby cot supplied by the hosts. The hosts were always on hand to answer our questions about the area and could not have been more helpful. Ea apartment is close to the main strip in Lapad which has plenty of attractions for kids (as well as bars, cafes and restaurants for adults!) and the bus stop into the old town is just a few minutes walk. While there were a number of steps to climb to reach the apartment, this was a small price to pay for the fantastic views from the terrace and the wonderful hospitality shown by the hosts. We would most definitely recommend Ea apartment to anyone staying in Dubrovnik who does not necessarily want to stay in the old town

Just back from a 5 day break in Dubrovnik. This is a lovely apartment in the Lapad area. It is a short 3 minute walk to the bus stop, which takes you to the entrance of the old town. The apt has a beautiful terrace with lovely views across the city. Ivonas family are gracious hosts and brought us fresh figs every morning, along with drinks on arrival. I would recommend this apt to anyone. The Lapad area has some great restaurants, which are within walking distance if you don't want to go into the old town in the evening. Dubrovnik is a gem and worth a return visit.
