Dispone de tres habitaciones, una con una cama doble y las otras dos con dos camas individuales en cada una, un baño completo y salón comedor, donde hay un sofá cama doble. La cocina office está equipada con frigorífico, vitrocerámica, horno, lavadora, vajilla, cubertería y utensilios de cocina. Tiene un amplia terraza. Se encuentra en la Playa de Moncófar a 100 metros de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila ideal para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables.
Sus playas están galardonadas con la bandera azul de la Comunidad Europea y distintivos de calidad. También son conocidas desde hace años por su riqueza en iodo que da un carácter peculiar de aguas densas y fuertes recomendadas para el cuidado de la piel por sus propiedades circulatorias y antisépticas.
Moncófar está muy bien comunicada. Se encuentra a unos 50 km de Valencia y a 20 km de Castellón.
La costa de Moncófar es un lugar idóneo para practicar numerosos deportes acuáticos como la vela, el surf, el submarinismo, etc., y como no, la pesca, cuya variedad con lanzadera y pesca al rall se practica especialmente en la desembocadura del río Belcaire, una zona famosa por sus canyars. Durante el verano, se organiza un gran número de actividades culturales y deportivas para el disfrute de los visitantes.
