Really great stay, not as loud as expected from reviews. However if you are a light sleeper you may want to take some precautionary ear plugs. In a really great area with easy access to attractions, bars, restaurants and shops. Communication with Joan was always prompt and had no problem finding the place from the airport. Simple, no frills, but very good value for money

Situation idéale du studio dans une petite rue typique pour découvrir BARCELONE. Immeuble ancien mais équipé d'un ascenseur. Super accueil de Miguel (parle français) sur les Ramblas et gentille attention à notre arrivée sur la table du salon. Fred est toujours disponible au téléphone et ponctuel. Rien à dire. Très bonne équipe et très sympathique. Juste un petit bémol pour une famille avec enfants quartier un peu bruyant mais c'est BARCELONE...

idéalement situé au coeur du quartier très vivant Barri Gotic. Boules quies conseillées pour sommeil léger. Acces facile pour toutes les visites. Logement confortable et propre dans un immeuble un peu délabré mais c'est ce qui fait tout son charme. A conseiller jusque septembre magnifique exposition au Centre de culture contemporaine de Barcelone (CCCB)intitulée Metamorfosis... des heures de poésie, de magie, d'humour noir,... Vraiment magnifique!

Muy bien situado y funcionaba todo bien, a las noches puede haber un poco de ruido pero tampoco molesta. El dueño siempre ha sido puntual a la llegada y a la salida.
