Lw Wifi était inexistant. L'appartement était petit mais OK pour une personne.
En arrivant le ménage n'était pas fini. Mais somme tout c'était bien. Une très belle destination.

Thanks normand for Your comment. The wi fi like written is available in the reception , bar , Lounge . About the cleaning ours apologies that we Were cleaning when You arrived , but we had the last Guests only checking out at 15h , to late .

Propriétaire accueillant et appartement bien situé dans une residence de 350 appartements de vacances mais logement très vieux et peu propre : Rideau de douche, carrelage de la salle de bain et four micro ondes moisis. Pas de confort : on sent les ressorts du matelas. L'eau de la piscine est trouble et le tour de la piscine pas nettoyé. Des carreaux de la piscine sont cassés et tous les jours des gens se coupaient aux pieds.

24 guests after thanks for your curious words , fist of all the Resort its not new but the apartment it has all the conditions for 3 persons for spending 2 weeks on vacations. On the bathroom the shower curtain its not mold but calcium / limestone from the water drops, once we have in the algarve very hard water. About the microwave i hardly believe that could have any mold , once its clean everytime other guest arrives, and its been full since may. About the swimming pool it can happen that the water its not always clear and transparent, and the origin its because of solar protectors and oils once the swimming pool in August its always full of persons. The tiles of the swimming pool floor , some of them are indeed broken, and we already ask to the manager to fix that. About the matress we change every 2 years once we know that it has a high use and can have to much wear .
I accept your critics and we will try to do our best to change what we can.
However we need always first to be sure about the reasons and origin of what we are talking about instead of pointing by mistake items that are not correct.
Next time you can always call us and ask us to change or fix something that you are not confortable with instead of just not telling us no thing and be unconfortable in your vacations. We arrange and fix always everything that all our guests in our 36 houses ask us ,its just a matter of calling us. Thanks for your choice and our apologies if were not the vacations you expected.

o apartamento esta optimo..o lugar tambem..os propriatarios são muito simpaticos..a senhora da recepção nao amostrou grande simpatia..as unicas coisas que podiam estar melhores no apartamento é a louçã..nao tem louçã muito apropriada para 3/4 pessoas..o fogão podia ter indicaçãos (tivemos alguns problemas)..e as tomadas nao sao sufecientes..so tem 2 tomadas para a torradeira, maquina de café, televisão, microondas,carregadores de telemovens,... mas de resto foi uma semana muito fixe :)

Thanks for your words we are going to check the number of plates once we have always kitchen utensils for 3 persons maximum.
About the plugs theres 4 - 2 near the microwave and tv and the others 2 close to the beds.

Apartamento muy recomendable para parejas, tiene lo necesario para la estancia. Muy buen trato por parte de los propietarios, atentos en todo momento. Zona bien ubicada y preciosas vistas. Repetiria de nuevo.
