We are a family of 4 from Sydney. We stayed in the apartment for 19 nights, our first time in NYC. First the positives: the location is great, handy to Museums, Central Park , local small excellent restaurants, Madison Ave shopping and the subway. Also it is relatively quiet by New York standards. Unfortunately there are negatives as well. Firstly and I am sure this is the way things are done in NY, having to pick up a key in one part of NY before you can enter the apartment after you've flown 22 hours from Sydney and totally disorientated is pretty poor service. Second, we had no hot water for over a week as well as very little central heating. The boiler had gone and repairs were very slow. Having to boil water for baths etc is very average and plainly not good enough. Thirdly, we had a group of young men staying below us who partied loudly into the early hours almost every day which again affected our stay in the apartment. And last the 5th floor can be annoying at times. 3 stars

Logement qui ne correspond pas à la présentation et à la qualité/prix Pourquoi Cage d escaliers avec des carreaux manquants ou décolles Serrure délabrée cache misères dans toutes les pièces(câbles volants,détecteur incendie hors service,peintures ....,poignées placards restent dans les mains, chaises délabrées et 6 pour une loc de 7 Climatiseurs intégrés dans fenêtres avec polystyrène,tres mauvaise acoustique pour les bruits de la rue Fenêtres bloquées pour les windows, pas nettoyées, mais les autres fenêtres aussi malgré 100 € de nettoyage Four après 1 allumage sentant le plastique brûle, aucune ventil pour la cuisine. Et après ça, réveil humide le matin dans une des chambres après forte pluie, en 3 h, 6 grosses casseroles de vidées sur une des fuites, idem salle de bain Changement d appart propose vers 18 h, mais refuse car le correspondant ne savait ou..., il restait une nuit à 7 Remboursement demande: 2 jours....aucune réponse positive Supprimer cette loc de votre site SVP

Logement très bien situé pour découvrir New York, proche du métro, des commerces et de Central Park. Le logement est en bon état, quelques petits travaux d'entretien sont à prévoir (changer la porte d'entrée, fixer le sèche serviette correctement ...) Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette appartement. Le logement au 5ème étage sans ascenseur ce qui est très bon pour la santé !
